This was my first time stopping at this Starbucks. Paulina was so kind and friendly. She made great suggestions and my drink turned out perfect. I am glad that I found this location out on my work travels. Thank you, Paulina.

The young lady who served me was excellent. Also, dear Google, there is NO door to this place. They serve you through a window and you eat outside on the nice patio under umbrellas.

New Starbucks in Thousand Oaks located on North Moorpark Rd, across from Thousand Oaks High School... This Starbs seems to be accessible only by going North on Moorpark Rd, which you'll find the Starbs on your Right. There isn't an entry on E Avenida De Las Flores nor going South on Moorpark Rd. So it's slightly inconvenient for me if I'm coming from the opposite side. I used the Starbucks App to place a mobile order for a beverage & treats for my coworker. Usually mobile orders are ready in the given time. I was late picking up my order Bec I got lost trying to find the entrance to the lot of the drive-through. From what I saw, seemed like a smaller parking lot, but the drive-through appeared to be ample in size... Cute patio seating area. I did not go inside the business. Just utilized the drive-through. I was greeted & given my order from friendly baristas. I did not try any food & the drink was okay. My usual (at least once a week), is an Iced Shaken Espresso. It's pretty basic but does the job to keep me awake :)

5 stars....because it's Starbucks. 1 star because of its location.I'm assuming the City of Thousand Oaks made them close off access from Ave de las Flores and Calle Jasmin during development. Now you can't access this business from any direction except from the north bound lanes of Moorpark Rd. If you're heading south on Moorpark, you have to drive, literally, half a mile to Uturn back. You may as well go to the Starbucks inside Vons.... It's right in front of you and less busy. But if you insist on driving the 1/2 mile back, be aware that you can only turn right onto north bound Moorpark Rd.There's no inside seating, with only walk up windows or the drive thru, to get your daily shot of caffeine. There is plenty of outdoor seating though, if you want to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air. I saw one person with their laptop so I'm assuming there's Wi-Fi available, but no music for the typical Starbucks ambiance. If you need an actual Starbucks drink, there's no reason not to go here except for the difficulty getting in and out of this location.

I love how the place has only been open 1 day and it has 154 reviews. This because it must be the same owner as the one that closed down by Tilly's. This is a brand new location, so getting ratings credit from an old location is pretty cheesy. As for my bad review, this is based on the total FAIL on the design of automotive traffic in/out. The only way to get in and out of the property is to enter going north on Moorpark Blvd, so any approach from the north, north east or north west requires you to drive all the way down to Columbia Road and do a u-turn. When you leave, it's also a joke, especially if you need to head south on Moorpark Blvd. I can't wait to see the traffic cluster-f--- when people try this maneuver during the day when traffic is heavy. I assume that the plan was that most of the money would be made from TO High School because the only convenient way in and out of the Starbucks is on foot.

Great Lattes today during Happy Hour!

One of the better Starbucks locations. Drinks are always made correct, even with extremely custom orders such as; Tall non fat mocha, extra hot, no foam with whip.

Brittney Holmes

Took way to long to receive my mobile order... thought about canceling twice but really wanted a coffee.

Wayne B

Mobile order fulfilled accurately.
