Obnoxious fan constantly going off ruins the outdoor atmosphere blows so hard plants 10 feet away are moving. No seating inside thanks for destroying this store.

The staff at this location is so kind! I went in for a mobile order pickup and a cake pop for my son. The gentleman at the register made us feel so welcome. The batista also wrote Thank You on my cup and that was such a cute attention. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since forever probably since middle school and today made me realize why I haven’t been back in awhile and prefer to go to other locations since the people who would work there before were so awesome. Never had an issue till today, the curly haired new one (skinny) ugly attitude took my order but was too busy flirting with a customer to remember I ordered a croissant me and my family were in a hurry to visit my sister in the hospital and we probably waited for that croissant for atleast 10-15 minutes when everyone after me had already gotten their orders. The ignores me when I ask her for it and once I repeat myself goes “I heard you don’t you see it” walks over to check and not there, slums back to make me it while laughing with her weird coworker. Are they 16 or something ?

I was disappointed: they did NOT have “egg white bites” only “kale and mushroom”.

Instead I bought: Croissant with ham and cheese > I didn’t like it at all. The croissant was heated and didn’t taste good. So: I was not happy.

It’s Starbucks meaning it’s good if you like dark roast coffee like I do. It’s also consistent. The patio is nice even if it’s just against a parking lot. They did a good job of hiding the parking lot. Oh there is a Pokémon go stop and gym here.

The entire team seems to be happy and enjoy working together. They team members that work here are really friendly, courteous, and fun. Oh, and the drinks here are good too ?

Customer service is great here. Only downside is the entitled Los Cerritos MS kids that come and act like they they are the boss.

Trash service

I got here 30 minutes ago and my drink is still not here. I am not happy with the wait but my drink was good.

Friendly people work here. Early mornings can be crowded as a school is nearby. Afternoons are mellow and the patio is nice.

Kid-friendliness: School nearby. Lots of kids in morning and late afternoons during school year.

I appreciate the attempt to be polite at first. The initial customer service was good, I'll admit.However, I was quite taken aback when I walked outside and discovered that the barista had not spelled my name correctly on the cup. This wasn't really something I like. I understand that my pronunciation isn't the best, but there are exactly zero people on planet Earth named "Chug".My depression is bad enough knowing that I can't fully pronounce my own name sometimes. I didn't really need to be reminded of it. I'd rather be asked to repeat myself if my pronunciation wasn't clear enough, or even just assume that I meant "Chuck". It's really not that hard.

Staff is friendly and the setting is perfect both indoors and out. It feels like a community because there are regulars. They have board games and coloring books with crayons, super thoughtful. I want to say the barista Ambrosa (hopefully that's right) is super kind to my kids since they are just learning how to order and pay.

It's another Starbucks - if you funny know what to expect then I don't know where you've been hiding for the last decade! The staff was very friendly and even made a drink selection that I enjoyed (I'm not a regular coffee drinker so I'm not one of those people that had a predetermined order ready to go when I make a coffee run)There was a small, but cute, seating area outside. And it's located in a small shopping center so there is plenty of parking

Bear Starbucks in the area. Only one with a comfortable Cafe. Of course staff are great. Once they know you, always happy to see you. Do avoid 3pm when school gets out. Kids overrun the place but otherwise fabulous.
