The service here was really bad. The cashier has an attitude. There scanner wasn’t scanning or working intermittently so she asked me scan the barcode myself and left. It took awhile before their scanner finally scanned the app on my phone.

This is an atrocious example of "Starbucks" - it has continually and repetitively gotten every, single, order, completely wrong. Add the ridiculous wait times and extreme understaffing and every time you will just ask yourself, "why?" - Avoid like the plague. Zero Stars.
I have not been here in a while, but one of the employees happens to be in one of my classes, and is one of the nicest and hardest-working individuals I know, so that in itself is why this place is worthy of 5
