I ordered a mocha frap with a shot of expresso. It tasted nothing like a mocha frap, it literally tasted like pure dirt it was so bad I had to toss it out. I normally order from here because I work at the mall but this is def the last time I come

This is an atrocious example of "Starbucks" - it has continually and repetitively gotten every, single, order, completely wrong. Add the ridiculous wait times and extreme understaffing and every time you will just ask yourself, "why?" - Avoid like the plague. Zero Stars.

For once, they got my drink right. But their service was horrible! The guy who was taking my order said I was to young to order! And for the record, I have my own phone and money. HAVE SOME RESPECT. But eventually this really nice girl took my order. IM STILL VERY UPSET STAR BUCKS. VERY. UPSET.

Jeebus.... Could you get a team with any less desire to take care of a paying customer? 3workers yapping at each other so inconvenienced that someone walked up to place an order... fortunately only one other customer was in line waiting for their order to be finished... so when they had those people taken care of, surely they could take care of my daughter's drink that I paid for...?... maybe??? Nah, not right now, we're filling up free cups of water for random non-paying customers that are only now coming up requesting water.... And we're talking to each other, and everything we say is SOOO important that your drink will just have to wait. Me me me... Us us us... ugh, those filthy people the world calls customers, they can just wait until us beautiful people are done with our important gossip of the day.This is how it went for 15 minutes... until I walked up, and said thanks but no thanks... then, the 'eye roll' - "it'll be right up"... liar.... Hey, keep up the good work. Had to Call Starbucks Corporate the next day to get a refund for the drink I paid for but never got.

Barista behind the counter pretended to sneeze on his co workers, hair was greasy and it was like a bunch of knuckleheads, they had to ask the manager to help figure out how to load gift cards - but whatever it's Xmas and most people/customers suck so it's all good

So I will not be back to this location. Jesse told me if I wanted to ice waters after ordering a cold brew and tea that I would need to order in line which meant now I have to wait behind 5 people in line. WOW!
