I love Starbucks but not this location for a number of reasons. I feel the customer service and the drinks and food I have had have all been messed up too often. Been here atleast 6-8 times. Sometimes my sandwich will be mushy and a bit cold. I wait for maybe 20 minutes to get my drink. My drinks alway have lots of ice. Or sometimes my drink order is wrong. I also paid for cold foam today to top off my drink and got half as much as I normally get from another starbucks near my house.

There's no free wifi here (university wifi only) and there's poor cell service inside the cafe. However, the seating is very cushy and plentiful, and there's lots of power outlets. The staff is also nice and attentive.
