There's no free wifi here (university wifi only) and there's poor cell service inside the cafe. However, the seating is very cushy and plentiful, and there's lots of power outlets. The staff is also nice and attentive.
It's a Starbucks inside CLU campus. Very nice but very busy during peak hours because of the students living on campus which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared to occasionally run into a long line if you decide to check out the campus. Otherwise it's a great coffee place in a very beautiful area that'd very laid back and relaxing so enjoy.
