This subway needs some help. The young guy that seems to be in there all the time now needs some supervision. Always seems to do a sloppy job- no sauce on the meatball marinara, doesn't cut the foot-longs unless you ask, sloppily put together sandwiches, trying to do 2 orders at the same time, etc. Always out of something- provolone, meatballs, cookies, etc. Etc.Hello, owner...

Closed at 7:51pm when they're supposed to close at 9pm and the lights are still on. Poor management unless they leave a note informing the customers on the door. Fix google maps times if your not going to apply them correctly :)

One of my favorites in other states as well! You can always be assured that all food items are fresh which when considering bread choices....and there are many attractive ones....is so important! Service is helpful and friendly!

I was disappointed. I ordered a meatball foot long sandwich, and it was at best warm when I got home. I only live 4 minutes from the store and the meatballs were hard as if they were stored some place and dumped back in the sauce to use again. Not a good visit. I've visited other subways with good sandwiches and I was very surprised with this last visit.

The young guys with dark hair that work here need to be fired. They always make my sandwich incorrectly every single time I go in and they think it's funny. They also lock the doors at 8:30pm when it's supposed to close at 9pm. Last night at 8:40pm, I saw the employee drop a slice of tomato on the ground and he picked it back up and put it on my sandwich. This is not acceptable! I'm going to be making a complaint to the city of Thousand Oaks about this behavior. From now on, I'm going to the Subway over by Chipotle. Disgusting.
