I ordered the yuzu salmon and spicy tuna bowl. I eat here often and these and my wife's and I favorite order we order it every time. I've never had a problem with these before. We actually tried to order else where one time to save money and it wasn't even close to the quality and amount of food they provide here. I had spent a total of 76. And the bowels weren't too good this time. There was sauce missing from both of the bowels. Would usually give this place a 10/10 but with my meal today today's rate will be a 4/10.

Clicking the order button on the Westlake location tab and the website placed the order for the Los Angeles location. What kind of site where you click one location it sets the delivery to another location...Tried calling the store but you actually can't talk to anyone. Bizarre, what place can you not actually speak to anyone, instead you have to initiate a text message that it took 15 minutes for them to reply.

As a person with celiac, I love that I can eat here comfortably never worrying about cross contamination. The food is delicious! If I had to say one thing, that’s the downside is that there is no seating in most locations, which is such a bummer when the weather is not ideal. Other than that, Love, love love this place! Cherry on top… They donated free meals to the first responders during the Palisades fire That’s what community is about❤️

One of my favorite restaurants! Amazing staff and amazing food. Super easy to place online order and pick up very quickly!

Not the first terrible experience I’ve had with this restaurant! First time was bad, but gave it a second try and was even worse!!! Payed extra for multiple items only to get bowls with only half the ingredients we had ordered on not one but two bowls! Also had only half full bowls making them the size of a small rather than the large ordered. And the food quality wasn’t even good! And on top of it all, the employees had blocked the door 30 minutes before closing, so we couldn't even get in to get our food despite having ordered more than an hour from when they closed. Don’t go!!!!!

Best poke place EVER. I’ve been to all of the poke places around here and this has the freshest fish. The bamboo rice is also unmatched!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my family of 6. There were quite a few things that went wrong with this experience. The first thing we noticed is there was only one person able to assist. The other person was busy prepping which caused a line to form behind our family and there was someone waiting for an online order which never got started while we were there, poor guy. The protein was weighed out and the portion given was very stingy. The choices for building the pokie bowls were limited and no one was impressed with the flavor of the food.
