we went to this location, waited for around 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and tells us theyre closed. if they would have come on when we pulled up we could have gotten our order. the least they can do is put out a sign that says theyre closed. this is ridiculous. there are still cars in line thinking theyre open. they really need ti step up their game.

Worst bathroom ever the sink is broken off the wall. The water does not work at all no sign saying the sink is broke. They attempted to put caulking around it, but the whole sink is unsafe and the safety hazard. Everything is outdated here.

They actually helped me quickly when I needed the bathroom code and then later a water cup, and were respectful to me and didn’t treat me like an inconvenience. Food was also good. Would recommend.

Had an issue with getting my order completely wrong after getting home find out. After I called manager Daniel said nothing he could not do anything about the messed up order. He proceeded to just hang up the phone in the middle of me speaking. Contacted corporate who was able to verify the contents of the bag and the receipt were not even the same items

Not sure what’s going on. It’s 6-13-2025 at 1130PM, the drive through has 5 cars in it total, im stuck in the middle, and we haven’t moved for 25 minutes!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: I wrote this while still in line… waited 30 minutes total to get 2 fiesta potatoes with the lid not pressed down so they’re all over the bag and my favorite, a quesadilla they were too lazy to cut!!!!!! Wtf is going on with this location?!?!?!

Way too expensive for what you get. The food is ok, not at all with the money. I make 10x better tacos at home for much less money.

This is the worst Taco Bell location in the area. Everything I have gotten here has tasted old and overcooked. Chalupas seem to be filled less here than other locations and there hasn't been one order that hasn't had something missing or wrong ingredients. Not sure why this location is so different from others in town but hopefully they can make things better in the future at this location. For now if you have a choice do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Worst customer service ever, no one pays attention to the front counter so you could stand up there for 15 min before a single employee decides to help you out. Order via drive thought are taken by a AI system,. This location used to be good, now they just don't care. For 20.00 an hour you better care about your customers.

It took my 20 min to get a credit on an item they forgot to give me, and I had to waste gas going back for a refund with nothing in return for their mistake. Poor management and poor ownership!
