This is the worst Taco Bell location in the area. Everything I have gotten here has tasted old and overcooked. Chalupas seem to be filled less here than other locations and there hasn't been one order that hasn't had something missing or wrong ingredients. Not sure why this location is so different from others in town but hopefully they can make things better in the future at this location. For now if you have a choice do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Worst customer service ever, no one pays attention to the front counter so you could stand up there for 15 min before a single employee decides to help you out. Order via drive thought are taken by a AI system,. This location used to be good, now they just don't care. For 20.00 an hour you better care about your customers.
It took my 20 min to get a credit on an item they forgot to give me, and I had to waste gas going back for a refund with nothing in return for their mistake. Poor management and poor ownership!

The place is nice and there’s touch screen kiosks you can order your food from. You can still order from a person in the counter. Food taste good and comes out pretty fast. Atmosphere is a little bland but everyone has their own preferred mood. Would reccomened this Taco

When your old and not computer literate, them kiosk are a joke. It took 15 minutes the order was still wrong. Got charged extra they would not give me a refund. Get someone to take them damn orders, service is terrible. Are you so hard up and cheap that you can't afford to take us retired people orders. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

This taco bell location can be very hit or miss, but the staff that was working around 9:30-10:30pm on 8/23/2024 was OUTSTANDING. They were beyond friendly and the food was the best in quite a while.
Give more hours to the staff & manager that was working that evening!

I don't know what it is about this location, but the food is hit or miss and I swear to God 75% of the employees who work at this location are miserable human beings. Like, the guy all but through my food out the window at me yesterday. If you have the time and the gas in your tank, make the drive to the Calabasas location. It is far and away the best in our area.
