Why does this location not have a covering at the drive-through? There's nothing to prevent rain from falling on me while I have my window down ordering my food at this location. This is Thousand Oaks y'all have money to have this Taco Bell here and it should be covering to prevent rain from falling in my window. I'm sitting here in the drive-through and my hole inside of my car is soaking wet as well as the door inside of my car. This is crazy!
Just about every table inside was a mess. Had to clean the table and benches off just to be able to sit down with my wife and myself . Trash cans were full had to leave my trash next to the trash can. The employees didn’t seem to care about the customers. My first job was at a Taco Bell in Thousand Oaks 55 years ago. And after eating at this one we could only imagine what we could not see looked like. We will not eat here anymore.

So , just wanted some comfort food . Asked
for 2 taco supremes ,THEY WERE SOFT, not what I wanted, slime tacos NO, did I get Asked, NO. I expected crispy YES as they should be, but NO. As always. But. No. Got what some one else decided for me. Seriously!.. CRISPY OR NOTHING TACOS. your tacobell. ,,, at least ask. Please.

This location is cursed ill order breakfast burritos and theyre all tortillas no egg or sausage most employees here are super rude and Everytime i specify i want both chicken and beef and pay for it they miss the extra protein and i still pay for it CRAZY Skip this location worth the extra drive to get my cheap good meal sad location close already
