I don’t expect my order to be perfect every single time because mistakes happen and I am an advocate for fast food workers to be treated with respect, however, this taco bell in specific constantly leaves out items, such as extra sauces I pay for and tacos as a whole that I only realize are missing when I get home. Also a lot of the staff is incredibly rude/short when taking or giving orders. Do better.

I dont feel rushed to order and the employees are very patient, super friendly and get my food out quickly. The food is always really good but my only complaint is that a few times that I've ordered extras on my food (extra cheese, extra meat, extra sauce) they have occasionally given me my items without the extras that I paid for BUT 95% of the time I get the extras I askef for and the food is always great

The food was pretty darn good. I am not a big fan of Taco Bell but this one made my food just as I had ordered! I dont mind to pay xtra for xtra cheese, sauce, etc ... As long as they add the xtra. Thank you guys for doing your job! Staff is always nice! I do not like ordering thru a robot though. What a hassle if you want to modify anything.

I never have had a good experience at this location. My food is always off tasting, like stale or old. Today was no different. I ordered tacos and a Crunchwrap. The tacos were alright, but the Crunchwrap tostada had such a horrible after taste I had to spit it out. I asked them to make me a new one and it came out disgusting again. They didn’t even offer a refund. Disappointing.

I was the only one in the restaurant and almost all of the tables were dirty there was food on the floor napkins soda machine Fountain had empty lids and soda spilled on the counter and all the employees which were guys were all standing in a group talking in the kitchen. Trash cans overflowing

It's basic like any other Taco Bell. The service however was awful. No one greets you, and you're standing there a while before someone acknowledges you. This generation is so used to kiosks doing everything for them that they prefer you stand there or use the kiosk to order versus ordering at the counter. My husband asked for hot sauce and the girl seemed bothered and literally threw them at his hand. Such rude service. Won't dine here again.

Employee here states that you can’t order quesadillas with the sauce on the side, the one you already pay for. Rather you have to pay for a side of that sauce. Weird. And he was rude about it.
Of all the nice places in Carp, why the heck would I set foot in there????
