The ordering process is ridiculous. Why would anyone choose the aggravation of self-service when paying full price? The food was okay, but certainly didn't live up to the photos on the menu. I ordered a pizza that showed being loaded with mushrooms. I mean like the whole thing other than the perimeter crust was thick with them in the photograph, which I was looking forward to. Yo! This place is huge.
But the food is food and the service was surprisingly spotty considering it was a Thursday afternoon.
I ordered pizza and tots at the same time, and the tots came 20 minutes after the pizza.
There were people, but It wasn't crowded. There was no line for beer or food.
They have a full bar separate from their beer bar, even a simple drink from there took 10 minutes.

Very cool atmosphere with lots of beer, whiskey and food options; even ice cream!
I personally did not care for the ordering process where everything was done on your phone. Sadly the fish tacos were really mediocre. The big pretzel is good though.
Its worth a visit, but it is not somewhere I would frequent.
