We ate here weekly when I lived in the area in the nineties and 2000s and they even catered my wedding. We moved away and I had not been in 20 years. We visited this summer while we were on vacation. The food, atmosphere, and service was everything I remembered. We ate in once, and did a take out order on our way out of town to eat in the car. The dine-in experience was lovely. I work Nextdoor at barre3 and I’m so grateful for The Alamo! The people there are always absolutely lovey and the food is amazing and so quick! The portions - fantastic, salsa - perfection, I love everything about this place! Must go!

About 5 years ago, I've moved to Texas, and I could never find anything like this restaurant. Everything was either too big or too expensive to grab a plate out there. Over here is perfect with the window, where you could ask for a couple burritos for like 5 bucks. And they would always be done quick and fresh.
