We went on a Monday. Plenty of tables were open yet the wait was 20 min… fine I get it they weren’t staffed for the crowd. We get the text to get seated then come up only for them to say great you’re checked in now wait for us to call your name and waited another five minutes. Then once seated waited 15 minutes to order our drinks. Then 10 minutes after that, got bread and water. Our actual food came eventually, by the end it was two hours from putting our name on the list, and 1.5 hrs from sitting down. Getting cheesecake to go at the end took another 15 minutes somehow.

Krista was INCREDIBLE. What an angel, give this lady a raise. Food was super good, staff were super curious and we all enjoyed our meals. Seriously though Krista made some friends visiting for the first time have a great lasting impression on them, cheesecake fans for life. The celebration cheesecake finished me off ✨

EDIT: just come back here after 3 years, and they wouldn't accept a Canadian government issued ID for a beer, I'm over 30 lol. What the heck?...

I have been coming to this Cheesecake factory many years and generally been happy with service and the food. But last few times i have order take out and order my wife skinnylicious turkey avocado with no pepper with steam carrots no pepper and it came with pepper. Manager we spoke to said she would give a refund and said we would not see the money back in our account 7-15 days and we have not see anything and its been 15 days. So week later we order again same order and told them no pepper plain steam carrots and i pick it up my order and the carrots did not have pepper in them but they were cook in a pan and not steamed and and drenched in oil I questioned it with the hostess took my carrots back to the kitchen and the hostess came back
from the cook who said they steam with love. Are you kidding with me! what a dumb thing to say. Watch out if you do a take out order here. Did not seem the manager care ether. I think will not return to Cheesecake factory again.

Great staff, good portions, a little higher on the price than it used to be but who isn't nowadays?
I've been at least 50 times and plan on 50 more.

There were 10 of us all ordering different things with separate checks. Everything was served at the right time with the right temperature and the right condiments. Our waitress was perfect! Never got flustered and managed everything with precision and kindness. That tends to be rare these days. I was very grateful. She added some sparkle to our holiday lunch. Thank you!

Cheesecake Factory Thousand Oaks
Wow, almost an amazing experience!
The dessert was great and very well-balanced with chocolate. The kitchen did a great job, but the service felt like it lacked care after the food was served. The starters were good, but the main dish we ordered, Fettuccine Alfredo, was cooked perfectly al dente, but the sauce was very floury and did not taste good becauseofthat. The restroom were dirty, similar to a nightclub, toilet paper everywhere and a bad smell.

A good place for a fancy meal, definitely on the pricey side but the food is delicious. The service was very good when I ate here and overall I had a great experience.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed at the Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks. While waiting for my table, I saw a male customer grab one young female employee because he didn’t like the seat they assigned him. He then stormed to the front, put his hands on another young woman’s shoulders, and shook her. You could see the terror on their faces these girls were clearly scared and completely caught off guard.

One of them quickly went to the back to get the manager, Hugo, expecting help and protection. Instead? Nothing. Hugo never even came out to address the situation. No confrontation, no removal of the customer, no action whatsoever to ensure the safety of these employees.

As a customer, I was disgusted. As a human being, I was outraged. This wasn’t just poor management it was a blatant failure to protect employees from physical harassment happening in plain sight. A manager’s job is to defend their staff, to enforce boundaries, and to make sure their workplace is safe. Hugo did none of this. He allowed that customer to stay and do as he pleased, sending the message that this behavior is tolerated here.

I ended up leaving and I will not support this restaurant or this kind of behavior. Cheesecake Factory should be ashamed. No employee especially young women should ever be left defenseless like that. This was not just bad management, it was negligence, and it was unacceptable.

Went out with my family to cheesecake factory as we were waiting this man approaches, a young employee, very aggressively and upset that his table isn’t ready. He laid hands on this poor girl grabbed her, shook her and had the audacity to spit in her face. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
The manager from cheesecake factory had the nerve to Seat this guy at a table After what he has done to one of his employees instead of calling the police and having that man removed immediately
I will never go back to Cheesecake Factory. I hope that young girl is OK

Love this location our waiter Kevin was amazing went above and beyond for us the food the drinks everything was amazing the manager was super nice Thank you Cheesecake Factory for the excellent service we loved everything 😊 this is our favorite restaurant in thousand oaks with excellent service to its customers
