Excellent service by Robert and staff. They were all incredibly cordial, courteous and prompt. Enjoyed the new special menu items, ahi tuna nachos and chicken shawarma. The portions were so big my husband and I filled up on the nachos. Then ended the meal with a slice of coconut cream pie!

Really disappointed in food portions considering high prices. I ordered the carne asada and it was mostly rice and veggies for almost 30 dollars. The actual steak was only four bite sized pieces. It tasted good but the price is way too much for what you receive. The wait time and service was also very poor.

Went for a quick late dinner. Is always nice in here. Service is always good and vibe is typically good. Ordered the chicken 🐔 taquitos. No complaints and will come back in the future.

Husband had the pancake breakfast & I had the crunchy tacos . The tacos were rolled up like fried tacos had salsa Verde on top but the salsa had too much cumin . Overall breakfast was ok

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. While the service from José was excellent, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the vegan Cobb salad, which cost $20, but it was mostly brown rice and lettuce. Key ingredients like asparagus, almonds, and toasted pepitas were missing, and there were only two tiny pieces of green beans. On top of that, the salad lacked dressing, making it even more underwhelming. I’ve had this salad at other locations, and it has always been delicious, so this was a major letdown.

I also tried the new Old Fashioned drink, but it was overwhelmingly sweet and poorly balanced. To make matters worse, another server accidentally dropped my food, and no one checked in or asked if everything was okay. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Ive been to other cheesecake restaurants and mostly i enjoy their food. But never gave 5 stars. I guess maybe we had an awesome server. Bryce, outstanding personality. 👏 Good day today at thousand oaks cheesecake factory.
