A good place for a fancy meal, definitely on the pricey side but the food is delicious. The service was very good when I ate here and overall I had a great experience.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed at the Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks. While waiting for my table, I saw a male customer grab one young female employee because he didn’t like the seat they assigned him. He then stormed to the front, put his hands on another young woman’s shoulders, and shook her. You could see the terror on their faces these girls were clearly scared and completely caught off guard.

One of them quickly went to the back to get the manager, Hugo, expecting help and protection. Instead? Nothing. Hugo never even came out to address the situation. No confrontation, no removal of the customer, no action whatsoever to ensure the safety of these employees.

As a customer, I was disgusted. As a human being, I was outraged. This wasn’t just poor management it was a blatant failure to protect employees from physical harassment happening in plain sight. A manager’s job is to defend their staff, to enforce boundaries, and to make sure their workplace is safe. Hugo did none of this. He allowed that customer to stay and do as he pleased, sending the message that this behavior is tolerated here.

I ended up leaving and I will not support this restaurant or this kind of behavior. Cheesecake Factory should be ashamed. No employee especially young women should ever be left defenseless like that. This was not just bad management, it was negligence, and it was unacceptable.

Went out with my family to cheesecake factory as we were waiting this man approaches, a young employee, very aggressively and upset that his table isn’t ready. He laid hands on this poor girl grabbed her, shook her and had the audacity to spit in her face. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
The manager from cheesecake factory had the nerve to Seat this guy at a table After what he has done to one of his employees instead of calling the police and having that man removed immediately
I will never go back to Cheesecake Factory. I hope that young girl is OK

Very rush & racist restaurant walked in 5 people were standing in the hostess booth & not one greeted after they were done with their 3 minute conversation they finally acknowledged us & said they’ll be right with us. After we got seated outside the patio area inside the mall the WHITE HOSTESS WITH GLASSES. Laid the first one aggressively & the second one she tossed it that the flyers inside flew out . After she got the white plates & slammed them . I am Mexican & I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but she didn’t even acknowledged us or apologized. Told the waitress we’re sorry but we’re not eating here. Do better & retrain Her & if it was an accident teach her to apologize.

In town on June 21st, for a get away and decided to make Thousand Oaks Cheesecake Factory the dinner place for the trip. I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo which was good and my partner ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken which ended up being a bad experience. The rice was so hard and crunchy it felt as if they used the rice from the bottom of the cooker to make the dish. We sent this plate back three times (once where we was told the waiter thought we said the plate was just cold, the second time was when we realized the rice was addressed and only was heated up and added more juice/sauce to it, and the third was when they said it was fixed and all that was done was sitting softer rice at the top of the hard rice).

For me once the cook seen the plate came back three times it should have been remade properly and reserved to the customer but that wasn’t the case here so it really threw of the night especially when there’s no other options for dinner due to now being there at the closing time frame.

The server was nice so this incident didn’t effect his tip but the manager resolution was just to take it off the bill orrrr have a new bowl of rice remade “if they still have some” but it was either remove it from the bill or have it remade. Because his words “We can’t remake it or allow you to take it with you if we remove it off the bill”. It’s 11:15 at night at this point it’s time to wrap up the night and based on our experience clearly the kitchen wanted to do the same thing.

Our food came out at the same time so the confusion is how’s one dish perfectly cooked and the other one had so many hiccups.

Best advice don’t go eat here the closing hour because the food quality decreases as 11pm approaches.

But for a spontaneous get away from Las Vegas for me and my lady I must say Cheesecake Factory you guys didn’t really make my trip end the best.
