Wow, how times have changed. Remember when the portions were huge and the price was fair? Well, not any more. The salads are the size of side salads when they used to be enormous. $20 for a side salad? Unbelievable. The bread they serve is still really good and warm. And they will keep bringing it as much as you like.Service is good. And there sure are a ton of employees. Won’t be going back when prices are this ridiculously high. Shocking. For $65 for 2 to have dinner we could have gone to any fine restaurant around.

Madeira Chicken was very tasty, Cashew Chicken also tasty but a little salty. Coconut mojito was yummy, too. Finished up with Tuxedo cheesecake, very rich but delish, and original cheesecake whipped French style was light and flavorful. Waitstaff is very attentive and nice.

The Cheesecake Factory has established itself as a well-known restaurant chain that has been in operation for a considerable period of time. However, it is not my preferred dining destination due to the restaurant's tendency to offer large portions of food that appear to lack individuality. The establishment appears to be focused on providing customers with an abundance of food to maximize the value of their spending. The quantity of food served on a plate is, in my opinion, excessive and unappetizing. I only visit the restaurant when accompanying friends who desire to dine there; it would never be my first or second choice. I greatly prefer a fine dining experience that offers quality food and smaller portions. The environment at the Cheesecake Factory is typically noisy and crowded, and it feels reminiscent of a fast-food chain. The establishment appears to prioritize quick dining experiences, with a focus on expediting the customers' departure. Despite my reservations, it is important to acknowledge that many people enjoy dining at the Cheesecake Factory. One of the key benefits of the chain is that it is often situated in malls, making it a convenient option for shoppers. Furthermore, the bar is a pleasant component of the establishment, providing patrons with a comfortable space to enjoy a beverage.

The Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks is an absolute gem! I always have the toughest time deciding between their incredible Jambalaya and their amazing Gumbo whenever I visit. The Jambalaya is spicy, flavorful, and packed with delicious shrimp, chicken, and Andouille sausage. And the Gumbo is equally as impressive, with a rich, thick broth and an abundance of fresh seafood. No matter which I choose, I'm left feeling completely satisfied. But the food isn't the only thing that keeps me coming back to this location. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful - the spacious dining room has such a warm and inviting feel, and the seating is incredibly comfortable. It's the perfect spot for a leisurely meal with friends or family.Overall, the Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks is an outstanding restaurant. The menu is diverse and delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is just perfect. Whether I'm craving their famous Jambalaya, their mouthwatering Gumbo, or any of their other incredible dishes, I know I can count on an amazing dining experience every time.

We went there for a Cheesecake to take out but the staff at the counter seemed either too busy or indifferent to our presence as we waited a bit to long to even get greeted, so if you think that basic courtesy will be offered you will be disappointed. We requested a large cake but realized it was smaller than we paid for when we got home. We were too disappointed and were not willing to go back the 20 minutes or so one way to claim what we paid for. It was not worth the travel, time nor aggrevation to bring it up.

The Thousand Oaks location is the absolute worst. Ordered SHRIMP and chicken gumbo to go. Did not receive any shrimp in my order and the dish was so over salted I couldn't even eat it. I order this dish all the time from other locations and never had a problem. On top of that I called, got put on hold for over 10 minutes. Called again and spoke with a man who said he would refund the dish - ONLY TO NEVER REFUND IT. That is about a $25 dish! THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF CARE AND DECENCY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
