The Santa Barbara charr is by far out of this world. Fresh, filling, and very hearty. Food was made in no time and the staff was very kind.

Ordered food to go. Literally everything I ordered was prepared wrong. Usually my orders are perfect but literally everything couldn't be eaten because it was all wrong

Burgers are smaller now than they were last year. For my fries and burgers, I always get ranch, and now I need to pay 65 cents for a small container of ranch. I understand charging for more than two sauces per burger but I wasn't asking for a lot. Overall, the people are nice at the restaurant, but it's not the same. In n Out has better quality now and isn't overpriced.

Managment wasn't the friendlest the employee taking the order was muttering things under his breath. When asked if i wanted the receipt I replied no and he said well me either... very unprofessional.

Me encanta ir a comer ahí el manager luis es super buena onda muy hamable siempre te recibe con una sonrisa todos los cajeros y los de la cocina ☺️ y te hacen sentir como en casa la comida está super rápido y les queda riquísima les recomiendo muchísimo que pasen a disfrutar con su familia una deliciosa amburgesa y sus papas mmm yummy ????

Wheelchair accessibility: I placed my order and they gave me a buzzer and I went out on the patio and got myself situated on a table and my bus went off and the same time a young lady brought me my food very polite
