I walked in to order and was told I had to use the kiosk. When I asked if I could pay cash at the kiosk the employee told me I could. This didn't sound right so I asked for clarification, which she adamantly replied that I could. One of the other customers corrected her, stating that you can't pay cash at the kiosk. This exchange took about the same amount of time that it would, had she just taken my order at the counter. So I asked if I could just place my order with her at the counter. She refused. Most Habit Burgers have pretty good customer service. ...this one doesn't.
Always the Best!
Great patio seating. Consistent quality food.
Charging $0.60 for a side of ranch is kind of wild—sauce should really come with the meal. On top of that, being required to order through a screen instead of interacting with staff feels impersonal and like a cost-cutting move at the customer’s expense. The salad I’ve regularly ordered is now noticeably smaller and more expensive. Overall, it’s disappointing to see the quality and experience decline while prices go up. Making customers feel shortchanged isn’t a sustainable approach.

The Santa Barbara charr is by far out of this world. Fresh, filling, and very hearty. Food was made in no time and the staff was very kind.

Ordered food to go. Literally everything I ordered was prepared wrong. Usually my orders are perfect but literally everything couldn't be eaten because it was all wrong

Burgers are smaller now than they were last year. For my fries and burgers, I always get ranch, and now I need to pay 65 cents for a small container of ranch. I understand charging for more than two sauces per burger but I wasn't asking for a lot. Overall, the people are nice at the restaurant, but it's not the same. In n Out has better quality now and isn't overpriced.
