They got the order completely wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken no mayo and got a club with mayo. The receipt on the bag matched my order.

Over charged and genuinely sucked, lady at register argued with us after we said we were charged for 2 extra meals, she had major attitude!

My wife and I always enjoyed Habit Burger's Santa Barbara Char burger, and was pleased when we saw that they had a $10 Special: Half-Santa Barbara char burger, salad, chicken bites, and a big drink. I went to buy it and take it home. Cashier was friendly and helpful. All items were good, EXCEPT the chicken bites - it was very dry, and extremely salty. I tried to eat a couple and wound up throwing the entire chicken nugget batch away. Ordinarily, I would have rated Habit Burger a '4', but this time, it was not up to par. It is also my first time with the Chicken bites - AWFUL!

Love the charburgers and good service. Voted best hamburger in the US for good reason.

Good fast food. I typically order online and walk in for pick up so its easy and coveinent. Habit is healthier and tastes better than most fast food places.

Still and always, meh since it became a gigantic chain. Used to have more flavor and character and now it’s got a blandness to everything. That said, nice alternative to McD, BK, W

I ordered their BBQ Bacon Burger with fries and my husband ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich with a side salad. I completely forgot to take pictures.

Even though we ordered via the kiosk the interaction we did have with the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The food was cooked fresh, seasoned well and delicious. If you’re in the area check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Picked up an order to go a little after 11AM for two persons. The ahi was spoiled and had to discard most of the meal when I got home -- in fact I had to empty the garbage since it smelled up the kitchen.

The SB salad was not much better. This must have been yesterday's leftover food (or maybe the day before, at least that is what it tasted like!) and likely a new chef with no oversight. I have been going to Habit for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had with their food. I won't go back to this location and likely will not go back to Habit at all, if this is how they vet their food.

When I called, after being on hold for almost 15 minutes, I got an answering service! And they would or could not forward my call to the store manage.

I was part owner of a small chain of successful restaurants for over 20 years and we would never have knowingly served such horrible food.
