The owner graciously answered our questions and helped us select herbs for nasal congestion and a dry cough. Because we are traveling he suggested tincture. We will visit again before we leave for tea and conversation.
The only con to this shop is that the teas are quite expensive. Everything else is stellar. The selection is unreal - everything from high quality Chinese teas to herbal tisanes A-Z. They also have a wide selection of mushroom powders and other medicinal herbs. Friendly staff and welcoming vibe.
I got the Wild Blueberry Black as well as Masala Chai. Both are great, but the wild blueberry is one of my favorites to date.

My daughter was suffering from abdominal pain and vomiting. I told the gentleman the symptoms my daughter was having, he selected several herbs. That day I made some tea for her. She came out and asked me what was in it because it took the nausea and pain away. She has a hiatal hernia but has managed to keep symptoms under control with herbal tea.
