The worst dining experience I have had in years, completely ruined our Valentine's day. Had a 9:30 reservation and the staff decided to stop giving their full attention and service at about 10:00, which if the servers aren't going to serve, you should not have 9:30 reservations. Waited 40 minutes after asking for water to be refilled during our meal because it was never offered, ended up having to flag down who I assumed to be the manager to finally get water. Then waited another 30 minutes for some sauces and by the time I had to get up and track down to remind the server and finally got it, the food was gone. The waitress was not busy nor was the restaurant as we were some of the last ones there, so there is absolutely no excuse for this sort of neglect, especially when I am paying this much money for absolutely horrible service and an average meal. Rarely go to fast food restaurants, but I can guarantee even at a horrible restaurant such as McDonalds, I would never be waiting over an hour just to get a sauce and a water!!! It would be one thing if they were busy but the waitress was literally standing right around the corner with other staff members talking for about an hour about their tips and other things without checking in (after we had made requests). There were multiple times when we were going to just walk out, tried to keep an open mind but was an absolutely horrendous experience. From the moment we finished our first course it was obvious that the staff couldn't care less about our experience and just wanted to go home, sacrificing quality of service. This was also obvious towards the end of our meal when instead of being asked if we wanted more water, or other things, we were asked if we were done with our pot (they were obviously trying to get us out of there so they could go home). From the managers, or front house managers' perspective, I must put some blame on them as well as it is their responsibility to keep their servers in line, and if a customer has a reservation for 5pm or 9:30pm, they should always receive the same service and respect as a paying customer, which was just not at all the case in this situation. My girlfriend and I both have worked in the restaurant/ fine dining industry and were absolutely appalled at the quality of service, while food was average, I will never be spending my hard-earned money with this company again and will share my experience to warn others so their nights do not get ruined, and money does not get wasted. Go here if you want to be neglected and definitely come for celebrations if you want them to be unforgettable in the wrong way!

Fondue had no taste. Cheap cheese. Drinks arrived after the food, very small portion, glad I didn't try the chocolate.

I was very excited to bring my husband to the melting pot for his 40th birthday. Upon making my reservation, I was sure to indicate we were coming with our two toddlers. We came to dine on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not full by any means around 6pm. We sat in a section with other diners (a middle booth). Our children were not cooperating as they were hungry. Not 10 minutes into being sat we were asked to move tables due to complaints. We didn't even get a chance to sip our drinks. This restaurant is not family-friendly. We had the worst experience EVER in any restaurant we've been to. Be better. My son is autistic and we were not treated fairly. We left immediately and will not be back.

They called us asked us to move our reservation that was placed a week in advance, and then they rushed us out as quickly as they could despite the restaurant closing an hour after our reservation. Not sure why they allowed us to make a reservation that they weren't interested in honoring.
Angus made the night perfect ! It was my friend’s birthday and they went above and beyond . Wednesday has the 3 course meal for 40 dollars a person. The pics don’t do the place service but our server gave us a in depth tour of the menu and was spot on with his descriptions and recommendations . It was all very relaxing and we walked away stuffed . The portions are generous . Make reservations if u can

I was visiting Colorado and my daughter took me here. It was my first time having fondue. I was very happy with the whole experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

I booked the ultimate 5-course experience WEEKS in advance for a special occasion. When we arrived, we found out they had discontinued the offer. To make up for it, I tried to order the chocolate explosion, but they didn't have that either. Despite asking what we were celebrating, they didn't even say happy birthday to my partner. I'm extremely disappointed, especially after spending $300 on the meal. It wasn't worth it. I won't recommend this place to anyone and won't be returning. I drove 2 hours from Anaheim and it was 100% not worth it. I wish they would've called and let me know beforehand because I would've saved the time of making the drive.

Don't get me wrong, I love cheese. and I love chocolate. Make it fondue and *chefs kiss* We got the Coq Au Vin cooking style for our meats and I just wasn't a huge fan of it. The experience was overall not something I'd go out of my way to have.

I love the Melting Pot. This is my favorite place to go, especially for my birthday or anniversary. The staff are friendly & talented. There is also an open bar for any special libations .We usually order the fondue cheese and dessert as I have a small stomach & this is more than enough for me. My grown kids & friends order the full dinner to cook. The staff explains how to do everything pertaining to the cooking of the food & times to keep it in the pot so there aren't any issues. This is a fun, entertaining place.
