Melting pot is a fine dining experience, however the prices not so much get ready for pay atleast 100$ if your trying to get a real meal here. However the crème brulle keeps me running back here besides the extreme prices for a real meal.

Our waiter was great and so informative of how to navigate our menus. We did not have to wait long in between courses, and food was so yummy! Glasses were always checked on. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to have an intimate date night.

Please go enjoy delicious fondue ASAP. We don't want to lose this gem. (The Pasadena location succumbed to covid.) Is it pricey? A little. Is it work? A little. Is it a blast to splurge on cheese, meat and chocolate? A lot! Our server, Thomas, was a joy. He likes what he does and it shows.

My wife and I purchased the course for two meal, and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Ian, was very polite and chatted with us briefly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety to choose from. We will most certainly be back!

Service here is what makes it to be a great dining experience! Our server was amazing! The food is amazing as always - cheesy fondue, delicious salad, and the chocolate, oh my gosh, absolute heaven! We celebrated a birthday and the extra touch is so special! I love this place!
Very good fondue. Server was incredibly slow though and slightly frazzled. Took about 15 mins to get our drinks. Took about 45 mins to get the fondue started and then she never brought the second tray of bread and veggies out for our cheese fondue. I'm glad we decided against the 5 course because we were there almost 2 hours for just cheese and chocolate fondue. It was a Thursday and we had reservations.
My husband and I had dinner to celebrate New Year's Eve. It was the first time there for both of us. The staff was so friendly and explained how each step worked. They gave us a few pointers on how to time the food we were cooking. Everything wash delicious and a super fun experience. I highly recommend it.

Melting Pot is such a fun yummy experience. Lizzy our sever was fabulous, we never had a empty drink she was so attentive and her personality was so positive. Definitely a family favorite!
The food was delicious, the ambience was nice for a date or family night . Our waiter Nacho and the rest of the staff were attentive and kind. I just wish that they were not so far or I would come once a month ! My daughters loved the experience.

Is not as good as it just to be. It was ok. Price high for what you get. And to dark. The waitress was really rude, asking me for more tip in front of all the other customers. I think a tip is depending on the service, she didn't have any right to ask for more what I thought I should give her. She didn't spend more than 10 to 15 min attending our table because she only brought the fondue to the table, and never came back to asked if anything else was needed. And is a tip, is not my obligation to give more that I think depending on the service quality that was provide. It wasn't a extraordinary service, so she didnt deserved an extraordinary tip.
