Tifa Chocolate & Gelato

I don’t know, the girl that was working tonight, but I’m sure they can figure it out. I’ve never had such terrible customer service at an ice cream shop. no, hi no bye just getting rushed the entire time. I was there about an hour before closing. It was almost like she was infuriated by me just existing and being there. I ordered about $50 worth of ice cream and all of the ice cream was melted before it was even put into the cup . I come to Tiah a few times a month but looks like I’m going to have to find a new spot. While serving me ice cream, a little fell off the top and dropped to the floor. She used the paper towel to clean it up and with that same hand manipulated all my ice cream and then serve it to me like it was no big deal.

Vegan Guava Passionfruit, so good

It was a wonderful experience that let us try a few flavors. I've never had gelato. It was delectable. I went with the Elvis, the peanut butter chocolate and the lemon sorbetto It was great. The lemon reminded me of my childhood where you get the frozen lemonade in a cup and eat it with the popsicle stick. They even had board games you and a friend can enjoy. It was a great time

Best gelato!!! I love to get the stevia vanilla it is so delicious and you would not even expect that it’s sugar free!

Delicious gelato. They also have sipping chocolate, tea, chocolate, and cookies. There's a few vegan gelato options too. It's nice they are open late since few places in Thousand Oaks are.

Small ice cream shop with plenty of seating. It is a nice place to hang out and have a snack on a hot day.

I can’t describe in words how amazing this places’ gelato is. The smooth, gelato where you can pick so many flavors is so good. The wafer that comes on top is so crunchy and brings everything together.
