Ambiance - -3 stars, sufficient Bathroom was dirty.
Food- 3 stars, the most mid pizza I've ever had. Crust taste like it's outta a box. Sauce is sweet. We had the meatiator, the sausage taste like the kind From frozen pizzas. Similar to Sam's Club Cafe. Salad Bar was underwhelming.

The fact the this place doesn’t offer a measly 10% discount for military or police families is ridiculous and outright disgusting. They wouldn’t even be open for business without military and police protecting our nation and towns. Owners need to make a change immediately. Most un-patriotic place in Thousand Oaks. 99% of restaurants offer something for military and police. Get with it toppers!!

They shrunk the personal Pizza they give you with a lunch deal down to a laughable size. Each slice is about one bite. It used to be a pretty decent deal they raised the price and shrunk the product just like anywhere else
I love this place. We have been going for over 20 years. The prices have gotten a little steep and they are a bit stingey with the salad bar, but I still live going.

This place is great. I’ve been loving to come here for years, however after having an experience with one of the assistant managers and the closing shift on a Tuesday, never going back to this place he was so rude proceeded to taking water cups away from our family members at our actual table just because one of them Misunderstood and so let me remind you he was a kid Super unprofessional the way, he reacted to going all the way to our table and taking them away promising he would bring back a filled water cup and never did. After we continue to eat We discovered a roach crawling across the floor after that we got so disgusted and left. Definitely did not recommend this place if I need to drive out to Oxnard as nicer as the atmosphere here is, I would do that instead of going to this place.

Horrible experience took my children here got water cups we did not ask for and they got juice manager told us if we can just get water said yes and proceeded to take the cups he also said he would bring us water cups and never brought anything!
