WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GET BANANAS!!!! I can't stress that enough, the bananas were VERY slimy and made me afraid that I was going to get sick. The acai was okay, but my food had a hair in it. This place is definitely overrated, and I would not come back.Vegetarian options: Mostly vegitarianDietary restrictions: Lots of options for dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: Kid friendly

We learned today the hard way that there is a difference between „normal“ and Ubatuba X. I wish they would put the X in the postings on Google Maps, so it would be way easier to see beforehand :)

My name is Colin and I never leave reviews for things but I had to for this place. I love this place, I've been coming here since it first opened, everyone there knows me and knows what I order. I kept this place afloat when it first opened before everyone and their grandmother started going there. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. The bowls are amazingly good and are always on point never had a problem with my order. But charging $13 for a medium bowl is insane. I had issue when they bumped it up to $11.50 but I thought oh you know what it's the economy I'll have to pay a little bit extra to get what I like. But $13 is just a cash grab. Next thing you know they're going to be charging $20 for a small bowl I cannot believe this. My love affair with this place is over officially. I'm never coming back here again. I cannot believe that they did this It's so sad. I don't know how they're justifying charging this much for a bowl. It was fun while it lasted Uba.

The weather is really hot and I decided to have an Açaí bow, paid for the large one, but they put the scoops of açaí with a certain distance of each other so you have a lot of empty spots in your bowl and you ended up paying for a large and getting a medium portion…

Incredibly nice and fast service with decent prices. When I’m craving acai bowls, I know I can count on this place.

Always yummy. We usually order delivery and they just need a reminder to include empanada sauce on the side.

We passed by Thousand Oaks and decided to stop here after seeing the reviews on Yelp. Parking is up the hill in the back lot. The store front is small and easy to miss. When we entered, it didn't seem really inviting. The interior was cold and so was the girl at the counter. I ordered the Brazilian bowl. It came with strawberry and banana slices. For the extra topping, I added peanut butter with a drizzle of honey. Peanut butter takes everything up a notch. All the ingredients were really fresh. The acai had a nice crunchy texture. This was a nice refreshing treat for a long road trip! I think if they spent more on sprucing up the ambiance and decor, the business could take off. That and hospitality of the sales associates. Seriously, a friendly smile goes a long way!

Ubatuba has a unique blend for their acai that has an icy texture which, unlike other bowl places, takes a long time to melt. Because the flavor of the acai is really good, I prefer the acai legal style bowl which has more acai and less toppings. The empanadas are good too, but they aren't what pulls be back to Ubatuba for more. They have a nice outdoor seating area for sunny days and are open until 10 pm which makes this spot great for late night snacks.

Small hidden gem indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff was very informative and food was out promptly and was delicious. Had to post on social media.

It's a hands down ABSOLUTELY for me I love the mini empanadas the freshness and crisp of their food is great and as far as the açaí bowls really good amount that your getting the service was nice you pick it up at a little to go window the Inside is small but still nice and clean location is nice the only recommendation I would say is plan to get there early if your driving the parking lot is small but other than that good açaí bowls and good empanadas
