Urban Crunch Cafe & Meal Prep

This place allowed YouTubers to stay 24 HOURS here. While they were here they contaminated the ice cream and the equipment used to scoop the ice cream.

I get lunch from this place everyday and there is always something wrong with the food. I ask for penne pasta and I get regular pasta. And when I get anything that has Turkey bacon in it, it’s not even cooked all the way and it taste like a Smokey peace of rubber. It’s honestly disappointing. Today I got another order and thought maybe I need to be more specific. So I did so I gave them specific directions and they still couldn’t even do that. This is honestly the worst food spot I have ever been to.

Poor customer service. The staff seems more focused on socializing rather than attending to customers.

This is a meal prep service offered inside of a gym. I Initially purchased 15 meals. On the pick up days the meals wouldnt be in the fridge and I had to stand around waiting while the person at the desk would act just as confused as me. Very poor customer service, no good recordkeeping so if there was a problem I felt helpless all I had was my receipt.

Decided to give this company a try and it was a mistake in every way. I received an email to pick up my meals and the location is about 40 min from my home. I drove there, arrived and to my surprise my meals were not there. There was no number to call to attempt to resolve and when I reached out via DM on instagram someone answered and then ignored me. The employees at the location from where I was supposed to pick up my meals told me this happens a lot, and that they consistently have issues with their delivery and customers coming in asking for their meals but they're no where to be found. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or energy. Very poor customer service. I'm sure the other 5 reviews are from friends bc from what I've heard from Nutrishop- they're pretty awful.

Best food I’ve ever had from a delivery company. Incredible service. Mike is the man. Food is very affordable and tastes amazing

Great sushi, great Ramen. Great service. It is inside a Gym which might through some people off, but really good.
