I was in an inpatient facility (TBT) that uses Urban Crunch and it was a mixed bag of good, really good, and poor means. I had a special requirement/request for my food due to medial reasons and they continued to mess up or just plain ignore even though it was on the attached printed label. TBT tried many times to fix issue and finally after maybe 3 weeks out of a 4 week stay my meal requirements were honored.

The meals were mostly okay however, eggs were never...

This is a meal prep service offered inside of a gym. I Initially purchased 15 meals. On the pick up days the meals wouldnt be in the fridge and I had to stand around waiting while the person at the desk would act just as confused as me. Very poor customer service, no good recordkeeping so if there was a problem I felt helpless all I had was my receipt.

I ordered 10 meals the first time to try it and was amazed by the quality and the portion of each meal. The food is so fresh, tasted great and the price was way better than any other meal prep companies.I can’t wait for my next order!!
