I've had lunch at this franchise for several years now, and generally, it's been above 4.5 stars consistently. This branch in Thousand Oaks was a 5 star this time, and frankly, every time I've been here. If I'm in the area, it's definitely on my mind to visit. I love the "socal" . By the way, they bake their own bread at the store ⭐️ The one in north Hollywood is my least favorite of them.

The food was perfect for vegan people. They have vegetarian options and everything was so delicious and fresh. Sandwiches were so tasty and so many great options. The cookies were delicious. The BBQ was tender and has a great sauce. The staff was so friendly.

This is an order at the counter type place with great salads and sandwiches and extra courteous service with a smile. You can sit outside at tables shaded with umbrellas or inside in the cool AC. We had the salmon salad and chicken pesto sandwich and both were very good.
