West Tasting Room

This place is a go-to for us with their knowledgeable and friendly staff and their delicious eats. It's one of our favorite places to go for date night, and it never disappoints. If you're looking for a consistently excellent experience in taste and service, West Tasting Room is for you. Highly recommend!

This was the best place we could have gone to seeking great food and wine. Everything was so delicious, I cannot wait to go back! The leek and ricotta pizza was amazing and this is coming from an Italian!

We arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday. Peter was great! He was attentive to our needs and recommended wine to pair with our food. He gave us great suggestions. The atmosphere was pleasant. We ended up purchasing a mixed case of wine.

So many delicious wines to choose from! We got a sparkling with our dinner, leek and ricotta pizza w lemon zest and a kale caesar and a chilled red to go with our dessert, a chocolate lava cake topped with cardamom and flaky sea salt!! One of the best desserts I’ve ever had, I wanted to lick th bowl! It was so moist and delicious and the cardamom was so perfect!

We absolutely love this place and their weekend food guests have been spectacular! Shuck Brothers was particularly good and the wine pairings were terrific

We hosted a private event at West Tasting Room, (our engagement party) and I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless.

Amy was incredible during the planning process -- so helpful with the menu, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. Communication was 10/10. And the day of the event, Lyndsay, Spencer & Bella were an absolute dream team to work with -- attentive, kind, and on top of everything.

The wine was amazing, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was warm, inviting, and just perfect for celebrating with all of our favorite people. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night ever.

We'll absolutely be hosting more events here in the future. Amy and Lyndsay-- thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. I'm still over the moon (and maybe a little teary!) thinking about how perfect everything was.

The service was excellent. Peter recommended wines to pair with our food and they were they were delicious. We had the kale salad and a pizza and both were very tasty.

Loved every wine and the team was so knowledgeable and friendly, this is my new favorite spot!

First time at the tasting room. Loved the personal touch of adding my name to the welcome board in the private room.

We made our reservation online. The table for six people was ready when we arrived. The special event was for 10 tastings of orange wine for $20, which I think is very reasonable. It was sort of a self service event in that you had to go up to the counter to get the next pour. This is not their normal process but since this was a special event I think they were trying to manage the crowd. I found that it interrupted conversations due to the frequent getting up and sitting down. We ordered a charcuterie plate, a cheese plate and a pizza. All were delicious. The decor is modern and clean.

Very fun event. The tray with bursts, prosciutto and arugula was a good accompaniment to the tasting. Good wines. We got 3 bottles of the powerhouse red

I love this place! It's our go to place before shows at TO Civic. The service, food and wine is always amazing. I'm so thankful we have this gem in our neighborhood. ❤️

West Tasting Room was so kind to host a fundraiser event and donated a considerable amount of the event fee back to our school. We had the best time learning about the amazing wines we tasted, and we'll definitely be back.

I am a “regular” at West for so many good reasons! Staff is friendly and so helpful in discovering just the right wines for one's palette- without being fancy shmancy about it. The wine selection is varied from west coast delights to imports from Europe. The menu is focused and high quality.... Yummy pizzas! West always schedules a variety of tasting and food truck events... whether you want to socialize or just sip and get some work done, this is the place!

Food and wine was amazing! Everything about the charcuterie board was pleasantly surprising: chorizo, sage in one cheese, fennel or anise in the olives. (I don't usually care for either flavor, but it worked well in this brine.) We also tried two of their pizzas with gluten-free crusts—so good!
