Guy working there was super friendly and in a great mood. We unfortunately found a hair in our food (things happened it's ok) and he exchanged it no questions asked. I came back later for a drink and he gave it to me on house for the hair from before. Great customer service and appreciate the gesture.

Place sucks I went at 10.10 am website said it opens 10 am I went and they said they open at 11 am went again at 10.30 am again to make sure since it said open on online then the rude girl said I said 11 am

Great pretzels and dipping sauce.
Had a pizza pretzel, I was so hungry that day so it tasted good to me and satisfied my hunger.
Place is always listed as open. Been back 2 seperate times over two weeks and its completely empty and closed both times. Do not go here without calling first (line is dead)
The cashier is nice and the food is fresh and soft.

Personally I love the pretzels I love the fact that his death is being more precious than the way that I enjoyed it have them along with the jalapeno did they have the Opera House location for the amazing combined with a pencil that you gave location I always enjoyed going here always a good staff and I always enjoyed positive energy taken 5 you want to eat my present
