Coming to Wild Cherry was like walking in to a graveyard of frozen yogurt. Mean service, meh toppings, and the fruit didn’t look fresh at all.
The sign on the wall says to ask for a sample cup from the counter if you want to try something. When we finally found the one employee working there, he laughed at us and said there is no such thing. We pointed to the sign, at which he shrugged and said no one has asked for samples since Covid.
I can handle a mediocre froyo now and then but the bad service made us leave immediately. It led us to wonder if this place wants to serve customers at all or if there is something else going on here…
Instead of staying in this inhospitable environment, I’d recommend walking down to Vons and grabbing a box of popsicles.

I went in for the first time yesterday. The gelato flavors were not appealing and probably marketed more for kids, but I asked to taste the pistachio flavor which looked gray brown and that's how it tasted. I decided maybe I will get the peanut butter frozen yogurt, but they don't allow tastings. How are we supposed to know if it's good or not. You better believe I walked out.

How was I second in line then everyone before got rung up, so while I'm waiting for my boba drink to be made he rings everyone up does an online order assist a pick up then he finally decides to make my drink and I have a puddle of yogurt smh but the lady ahead of me got her boba drink made asap

Yogurt flavors are a bit lacking and they always seem kind of melted. Convenient though being next to the sushi place I love, Minato. Yogurt spots in Westlake are better.
