How was I second in line then everyone before got rung up, so while I'm waiting for my boba drink to be made he rings everyone up does an online order assist a pick up then he finally decides to make my drink and I have a puddle of yogurt smh but the lady ahead of me got her boba drink made asap

Yogurt flavors are a bit lacking and they always seem kind of melted. Convenient though being next to the sushi place I love, Minato. Yogurt spots in Westlake are better.

It’s closed for all of fall. Update your status so people don’t waste their time.
Very nice manager and employees. This place has been an independently-owned icon in Thousand Oaks for decades. It is problem-free and quick, especially on hot days when you want your frozen yogurt/fruit order fast and then just sit, relax and cool off. Long live Wild Cherry.

First red flag, they have a sign notifying customers they do not offer tasting! Had we tasted the yogurt we would have left, the chemical bitter taste was absolutely vile, the nut and coconut toppings tasted rancid and stale, there were toppings that were supposed to be crunchy but instead moist and stale from sitting open too long. $21.00 two medium yogurts with very light toppings second red flag!Third red flag there was zero customers. After two bites I took my yogurt back in showed the girl, told her the yogurt has something wrong with it, the toppings are rancid, I told her watch me toss it it out, I'm not asking for a refund, but I want the owner to know his products are vile, his no taste policy deceptive, and price gouging so disgusting for something we tossed! My husband was sick all night from something very wrong with the yogurt.
