Ordered 2 del classic chicken burritos, drive all the way home to find out I got 2 spicy chicken burritos. I stopped going here for awhile because of things like this. I like the Taco Bell down the street. They have never screwed up my order.

I ordered chili cheese fries and the fries were so stale I couldn’t even eat them. This place was good before wonder what happened! Maybe lazy workers don’t want to make fresh fries like I wouldn’t notice. Ordered a cheeseburger at midnight. Got back to my friend's house and took a bite and spit it out . The burger looked like it had been sitting there for days. Called to let them know and the guy wouldn't answer the phone. Called more than 10 times today phone busy. Don't eat here. HORRIBLE have been calling today for at least 4 hrs on and off . Line still busy. Trifling del taco in 1000 palms. . .

Lady behind the counter refused to give me my order I paid for I had to threaten them with the police like three times or more than someone gave me my order the bathroom was also nasty as well

Bought a rice, bean and cheese burrito(no cheese) today . As I was halfway through eating it, there was a piece of meat that I ended up chewing. I am a vegan so you can already see the big problem with that. I called the store immediately to let them know the issue. Manager said I have to drive back for a refund, no apology, nothing. As I got to the store the manager Ana quickly asked for my card, gave it back and did not say a word at all. I was looking for a simple apology for their mistake that cost me time and caused me to accidentally eat meat after almost a decade. Ana lacks management skills such as accountability and compassion.
