This is the only Del Taco location that has let me down every time, (4x). Usually I LOVE Del Taco, but the service doesn’t speak English at this and the cook doesn’t follow directions. This location needs new management!

This happened today Sept. 28 at 1pm, the tables were dirty, there were marks from the drinks. Anyway, while we're waiting for our food, the cashier forgot our drinks so, I went back and asked for our drinks. There was an old guy ordering his food but the old woman cashier sounds like she wasn't having a good day, she was rude to the old guy, and not understanding what he was ordering. The way she answered him was yelling, seriously. You should have more training of how to be a Cashier with manners, the old customer guy, wasn't rude or anything he was just ordering his food.

You need to keep your menu on line updated. You do not serve everything on the website. I will go to Taco Bell from now on. At least their website is current.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s sad to say they have not been good experiences.Today I went through the drive thru and the burrito had a piece of rock, LITERALLY A PIECE OF ROCK!! They employees even knew my order and acknowledged it was a rock! I didn’t get an apology or anything all I got was an attitude and a if you don’t like our service don’t come back. I even have a picture and a video ro prove it was an actual piece of stone/rock. Places like these need to start being more careful and acknowledging they messed up. They can’t be messing around with things like this.

Ordered 2 del classic chicken burritos, drive all the way home to find out I got 2 spicy chicken burritos. I stopped going here for awhile because of things like this. I like the Taco Bell down the street. They have never screwed up my order.

I ordered chili cheese fries and the fries were so stale I couldn’t even eat them. This place was good before wonder what happened! Maybe lazy workers don’t want to make fresh fries like I wouldn’t notice. Ordered a cheeseburger at midnight. Got back to my friend's house and took a bite and spit it out . The burger looked like it had been sitting there for days. Called to let them know and the guy wouldn't answer the phone. Called more than 10 times today phone busy. Don't eat here. HORRIBLE have been calling today for at least 4 hrs on and off . Line still busy. Trifling del taco in 1000 palms. . .
