I’ve been to other Michoacanas in the valley, but this one has been a let down time and time again. Went there at 6pm and was told there were no more bananas because they were put away and frozen already even though they closed much later. Tried again another day and the elote was cold. Not warm but cold. When pointing it out, was told that it is warming you just have to put pressure on the warmer machine button. ???? Not coming here again. Please just go to the other ones in the valley they are better.

The ice cream here is simply outstanding. They offer an impressive variety of flavors, from classic vanilla and chocolate to unique creations like tiramisu paletas and cookie sandwiches. Each scoop was creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. I particular loved the churro sundae, which was the perfect sweet.
Fire Flamin Hot Cheeto Elote, and the fresas con crema is amazinggg
What a great ice cream parlor with a Mexican flair. Delicious hand made Popsicles that will satisfy just about everybody. Enjoy ?
When we walked in, we were greeted by the most lovely woman with beautiful braids and pretty nails. She was new at the job but so helpful and charismatic! I wish I asked for her name to include in this review. The raspado machine didn't do a great job at crushing the ice evenly but their ice cream was delicious. Overall EXCELLENT customer service and delicious ice cream ? a little pricey but worth it
Best la Michoacána around! I love stopping here and having a custom milkshake made by Andrea! My favorite is the pistachio ice cream highly recommend:)

Great ice cream . We stopped by on our way in from Arizona, . I needed something refreshing.I love their paletas.They are flavorful and sweet ! Andrea was very nice I totally recommend you to stop by.
