I had no idea that this was a wholesale bakery but wanted to check it out on the way back from Cabazon. My first clue should have been the industrial area of the location but the aromas emanating from the building where Heavenly . A very nice young French woman greeted me and informed me of my mistake but rewarded me with the freshest loaf of French sourdough bread I've tasted. Merci beaucoup mademoiselle.
