I found out about this place through a corporate at home wine tasting event and was excited to try their other wines. Went a couple days after Valentine's day and got the cutest Vday wine and chocolate pairing for only $40! It came with 5 tastings and 5 different truffles. I know everyone has different wine taste but per my palette, I really like this place because no matter if you're drinking rose, red or white, all the wines are extremely smooth. That's because they remove the tannins in the process instead of letting them age. Their intention is to drink the wine now, hence serving and selling mini 187mL bottles. The tasting rooms is small and cozy, with a huge counter and a couple lounge areas around it, but it was classy and chic, a perfect place to drink wine. The Manager (I didn't catch her name) was also extremely nice and helpful while explaining each wine to make sure we enjoyed it to the fullest. I will definitely be coming back to taste their new wines!

This is for the tasting room AND the Advent calendar from 2023.Tasting room - the woman who runs it is very experienced and we enjoyed chatting with her as she explained a variety of wines to us. There were some really delicious ones we had. One thing I found totally obnoxious and unhelpful were the descriptions of the wine. No joke - these were some descriptions. I was cringing so hard reading them.“Like a pair of silky red pajamas”“Like going on a 2nd date”They are trying too hard here to seem cool and it was embarrassing how useless the descriptions were. We are paying for wine, please describe it. This is not a creative writing class. Thank goodness the lady who ran the tasting room was there to give us further explanation about the actual flavor, aromatics or profile we should expect when tasting. She agreed the written descriptions were not as helpful as they could be but it was not her decision. We seriously would not have tried any of the wines just based on those descriptions. I had to knock off one star because of this.Advent calendar - was skeptical based on some shipping issues I read from the previous year. I got mine on time and the variety was good! I would say I really enjoyed about 70% and the 30% were interesting/good, not my favorite but cool to try. I would do it again next year.

So happy we got to visited In Good Taste tasting room! Our host, Allie was truly an amazing person. We appreciate the hospitality and how knowledgeable she was. We were impressed by the choices of flights we can choose from. All of the wines were beautifully crafted and we can definitely taste the quality. My personal favorite was the spicy Rosé. It was so unique! We also love how cozy and tasteful the tasting room was. Can't wait to come back.

In good Taste is one of the most wonderful tasting rooms I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Nilu was absolutely incredible. She spent a lot of time with us and was so kind and hospitable. She is super knowledgeable about wine and very warm and friendly. I am so glad I have found this wonderful local gem. Also the Chardonnay was amazing. An amazing spot with superb service and great wines! I will be coming back for sure!

This is a wonderful wine addition to Belvedere and Tiburon! Nilu is an amazing sommelier and such a kind and knowledgeable person! She’s the reason everyone keeps coming back! Also this is a locally owned business and the best to have to offer. Completely recommend!!!

Neelu went above and beyond to make our tasting at In Good Taste such a fun experience! We were celebrating my friend's engagement and requested outdoor seating with a view. Neelu called me right away to let me know the outdoor seating doesn't have a great view to make sure we are OK with it - Such a thoughtful gesture! When we arrived for the tasting, she prepared an amazing “omakase” experience which we all loved. We left feeling like we just had a tasting at a family member's home. Overall, highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tiburon!
Overall the rating is 3 out of 5. The service was fine considering it was a quiet afternoon with less of a crowd and one hostess. The hostess was kind. Ambience: was pleasant. Due to be outdoors, we would need additional patio umbrellas. One umbrella does not suffice for even a small party of 4. Food: there was none that we ordered nor do I recall on the menu so difficult to make a rating. A 3 was given based on the overall average of the place. Price: There is no deal on flights and over priced actually since a glass cost less then a glass of one of the flights though each flight is less than a glass of wine. We asked the hostess about the price and she said additional fee was to hear the history of the wines.

We showed up for our reservation on time but the business was closed. Checked again 30 minutes later (a full hour after the business was set to open for the day) and it was still closed. We circled back one more time later that afternoon and finally talked to someone who worked there. They said they got stuck in traffic and ended up opening (very) late that day. I understand this, but explained that it would have been nice to know that before we took a train and a ferry to travel two hours to Tiburon to make our reservation time. The person wasn't terribly sympathetic and it would have been nice to receive a gesture of goodwill for the mistake. We had to make our ferry back home and never did the wine tasting.
