We love Luna Blu. We've been coming here for at least 5 years and they never disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcome us back every time we dine there. The view of The City and the bay are gorgeous. The food is terrific and very consistent in its taste and presentation. The owners ( a couple he is the Chef and she runs the front of the house) are super kind but also exceptional restauranteurs. And above all that are the profiteroles. They are amazing. Luna Blu is our special place to celebrate family occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The view of the city on the other side of the bay is gorgeous. The food is authentic Italian and always delicious!
We sat at a lovely table right on the water, enjoying the evening light and the city views in the distance. The calamari was terrific and the sea bass was rich and comforting. The bolognese was just as expected, in a good way. The cannoli lasted about 3 minutes.
