We came in for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and we’re treated to the most delicious Chimay Premier Red Ale, a magnificent warm, lamb and bacon sandwich with home made French Fries presented in a lovely cone, and of course delicious moules frites. The highlight of our meal, however, was our delightful waitress, Tracy, who sprinkled lovely suggestions and made our leisurely luncheon a pleasure. Well prepared food, a welcoming ambiance and gracious welcome by the staff. 5/5

Very disappointing to go thinking it was open because of the Google hours, and it was closed
We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation and we told it's because people lingered, but it was really because there weren't enough servers and it took an hour for my steak to come out. It was under staffed by temp workers who did not engage with us or check on us. I won't be coming back.
A decent Happy hour menu. Some things were excellent, such as the French fries. Best I've had all year (and they serve a Bernais version and garlic version too). Fantastic.
Mussels were a B. OK, but not amazing. Big, tender, juicy, but the flavor just wasn't there. My son had a nice looking burger, but it seemed slightly highly priced for a happy hour version. I really wanted to get the jambon sandwich I saw on the website, but it unfortunately was not served. Bartender said it was only served at the regular Left Bank....too bad. The bread was excellent...they definitely know where to source their bread. As good as what you will find in Europe, which is saying a lot.
Service with a smile. Happy, polite and attentive bar staff who were happy to serve us at an outdoor table. Refilled my son's coke twice. All in all, it was a pretty good early dinner.

They appeared under staffed, forgetting to provide service they said they would and not being attentive to basic customer needs (keeping wine glasses filled.) Two entrees and one side dish were bland, lacking both depth of flavor and for one, unbalanced food pairing. However, it is important to note that when we described our experience, they reduced our bill substantially and gave both couples a gift certificate to come back for another dinner. This meal was not what patrons of the original Left Bank expect. The kitchen/menu needs work and staffing needs to be better managed.
Frequent this excellent little place. Always amazing service and food quality. Love the overall vibe. Some of the other places a bit further down on main may have some views but the value and consistent quality and service here should not be missed. Mostly locals and regulars.
Steve the bartender was amazing great service and drinks.

Been a fan of the Left Bank in Larkspur for years. First time I've been to Petite Left Bank. It was great. The service drinks and menu were all great. Mixed bag of tourists and locals. Fun indoor/outdoor scene. Definitely recommend going here.
Delicious and protein rich food! I am excited about this putting this great find on my fave list!

Petit Left Bank offers a perfectly wonderful and satisfying Happy Hour menu! 4:00 - 6:00pm!
Wait staff was not warm nor welcoming. We were made to feel unwelcome before we were even seated. We had reservations and they were not that busy. Had to convince waitress that they did have whisky and she argued with me about the differences between Scotch and whisky. Setting outside next to a parking lot, not that fun. For the price there are much better options in my opinion. Food was okay. Walked away still hungry.

We arrived in time for Happy Hour and sat outside as it was a beautiful evening. Had our dinner off the Happy Hour menu and the food was delicious. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and I had the lamb sandwich with arugula. We ordered a side of fries and the portion was massive! We started with 1/2 dozen oysters each and they were fresh and delicious. The happy hour cocktail was great and only $8. I had a cosmo and my husband chose a mocktail, also delicious. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back.
Food was good as always. They were just a bit overwhelmed this night. It is usually a solid place across the board - food, service, ambience!
