These folks know the key elements of good service while keeping a casual vibe. The service is better than most nice restaurants. High EQ. Tyler can tell when you have a question and swats flies before they can get to the tables-- amazing. Maintaining the current vibe and prices will attract repeat customers.
We loved Salt and Pepper so much we are there 3 mornings in a row during our stay in Tiburon. Great coffee, indoor and outdoor seating, the egg scrambles were fantastic! Service was attentive and friendly!
Salt & Pepper in Tiburon is an absolute gem! I had the Niman Ranch grilled rib eye steak, my brother enjoyed the crab Benedict, and my mother had the prosciutto — each dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the way the staff took care of us made it feel like we’d been coming here for years.
