We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be.I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was.The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. We were so pleased with the cake. It was great. We also had some ice cream while we were there and it too was wonderful.We especially loved the service from the B&R. It was just perfection.Have a great time eating some ice cream.

A nice little Baskin-Robbins tucked onto the side of a 7-eleven. Who knew?We were looking for some ice cream to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and decided to try this Baskin-Robbins location. And I'm glad we did (we've had less luck at some other locations).It's tucked against a 7-eleven and shares a parking lot (more on this later).The server was extremely friendly and patient with my 4yo and 2yo wanting to try all of the different flavors, and had great service overall.The interior was clean, if not a little work down, but still nice.It wasn't too busy when we were there (right after dinner).They also sell ice cream cakes, sandwiches, milkshakes, and pints of ice cream.So why four stars instead of five? It really comes down to the location and the parking lot. You'd think this would be a great location, and in some respects it is, but being so close to the freeway and the intersection it's a little difficult to get into the lot. It would be super easy if you were coming from the East, which unfortunately we weren't.The other reason was the parking lot itself. The parking lot was very busy (shared with 7-eleven) and also smelled terrible. Like toilet terrible. I understand this isn't the business's fault exactly. But it isn't nice to have to walk through a toilet smell both into and out of getting ice cream.

Me and my son stopped by the 31 flavors and was so disappointed. It was another parent with her son eating ice cream. But NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE TO HELP US. we waited for 10mins and still nobody helped us. SO WE LEFT AND NEVER WILL WE GO THIS BASKIN ROBBINS

Really bad experience tonight. I ordered 4 ice creams for $32.00. I ordered two banana royales with nuts, cream and cherry. Got home handed out the ice creams. One banana Royale had no bananas and one cherry. Brought back the now melted old banana Royale. Extra round trip was a hassle. The chubby guy who screwed up the first one had a bad attitude. I asked for a coupon or discount because of having to drive back. He was snitty and said no. We're closing. We have been going here for years. This guy shouldn't be working there with his incompetence and bad attitude.

Owner charges $1.00 dollar just to put whipped cream on top of your milk milk shake even though a medium size shake is $9.00 dollars now, unless you pay $ 1.00 more he will put a tiny tiny bit, other wise expect to have a milkshake with out it and sure forget about a cherry, this is t "cherry on top" yes everything is expensive but cua going 1 dllr fow bit of whipcream is really greedy. No other basking robins locations

We ordered a ice cream Birthday cake for my grandson's 15th Birthday. He had a special order so it could not be just grabbed at the place--they do have cakes there you can just grab ang go. The cake turned out beautiful. It was perfect and it was ready on time. The service was super nice, both on the phone and when I went to pick it up. We will be back. They have great ice cream.
I hate to leave a bad review but the service here was terrible. I ordered a photo cake and I have done this in the past at different locations and never had a problem. The cake they gave me was very different than the photo I sent. The colors were so off, when I told the employee working there this he said "the printer prints exactly what you send" and I showed him the original photo. He didn't apologize or anything. I needed the cake that night and he asked if I want him to call the manager. I debated it but told him to do it because it was a huge disappointment. The manager said nothing can be done and that maybe their printer was off. No quality control or anything. I ended up taking the cake and buying another one that was readily made too to make up for the messed up photo cake. Bottom line is don't order a photo cake from here because you will be disappointed, the customer service will disappoint you even more.

0 stars - Came to treat myself for a Sundae, left with nothing.Ordered a banana royal. The person helping me decides to put the bananas on top of my ice cream. By the time I pay and get to my car I notice that they gave me half scoops. I come back inside and show the owner who says it's Baskin Robbins who decides the serving size. I threw the sundae out and asked for a receipt. I will be calling corporate and getting a refund. Don't waste your time or money here.***Edit: I tried to call the corporate number for a refund tonight but they are closed. I figured I would try to call the store and speak with the owner for a refund. Again he denied any wrong doing, but admitted that the person helping me used a kid's scoop. He still denied me a refund.

The birthday cake are good but basic, my star rating is lower as I ordered my daughter's birthday cake online because of COVID. A picture cake. There was no quality control done as the website cut the image and when I went to pick up her cake her cat's head was cut off. They offered no explanation or apology...
