We love this place. Great ambience, and great staff - especially our waiter, Portofino! Food-wise we were a little disappointed with this visit. Maybe it was our selection - sort of experimenting. We started with the Buratta and Prosciutto, which was very good. This should come with its own side of crusty bread or crostini. Then we had the Brazino. Normally this would be excellent. But it didn't work for us when placed on top of what we thought were artichoke hearts. Maybe this works when prepared differently, but not this time. Strange flavor combo. Would have been better on some other base. And our Caesar salad was just ok - kind of lackluster. Could've used more garlic, lemon and some anchovy paste - or better yet, some actual finely chopped anchovies and shredded parmegiani. We know Ca Del Sole can do better - or at least the chef(s) can and should. But having said all that, we still love the place. We just won't order those things again

Ernesto is the best. My favorite lunch spot, even when it's raining. Getting a seat near the indoor fireplace is wonderful.

We have been coming to Ca' del Sole for about 15 years now and I can't believe I'm just writing this, absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service made the night unforgettable. Felix, Ernesto, and Victor took amazing care of us — friendly, attentive, and professional. Manager Alessandro checked in personally to make sure everything was perfect. You can feel how much pride the whole team takes in what they do. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Los Angeles!

We started with the assorted seafood appetizer and the three of us agreed it was OK, but we wouldn't order it again. Following this start, our three dinners, swordfish, chioppino and seafood pasta were excellent. We each took some home. Our waiter was kind, patient and attentive. We will definitely return.

The food here is outstanding. Likewise the service is great. However, this restaurant has a big problem. The Valet service is atrocious. They are rude, steal your coins (I know that I should leave them in harms way), and scratch your car. DO NOT TRUST THE VALET SERVICE.

Excellent food and service. Mario and Jose are great waiters, Caitlin a wonderful hostess. Always a pleasure to dine at Ca Del Sole.
The food and service were great up until the point where we chose not to order a 3rd cocktail (we were there about 1 hour) and the waiter asked us to leave because the restaurant was getting busy and they wanted our table. I was shocked having never been asked to leave for not ordering anything more. I was there with my sister whom I hadn't seen in more than six months. We weren't loud or rude, just chose not to order another beverage (my sister was still drinking her glass of wine, which we left on the table).
