I hesitate to say how absolutely marvelous Prosecco Trattoria is for fear of never being able to obtain another reservation. From the decor to the delicious Italian food to the extremely friendly staff, Prosecco Trattoria is a gem of a restaurant.
The restaurant was lovely but a bit warm. Food was tasty and fresh except the bread tasted stale. The watermelon caprise was so refreshing since it was warner inside. My husband loved his eggplant dish and the desserts were really good.
It has been a while since I visited this restaurant and I can say it just gets better with time. We were greeted like old friends returning. The staff were very attentive and made sure we felt welcome. We started with watermelon caprese and crab cakes. Both of which were great! Then for our mains my guest had the four cheese ravioli and I ordered the Sweet Italian Sausage and Portabello Mushrooms. She raved about the ravioli saying it was the best she had ever had.
