The blonde girl who made my drink was so bitchy and rude! I wish I could take my tip back. The drink also had this minty aftertaste, which makes me question if tools are getting cleaned between drinks. I won't return to this location.

I'm a tried and true Coffee Bean fan, always have been, always will be! I love the no sugar added Vanilla - great in almost every drink and saves me calories! Folks are very nice and the stores are comfortable and inviting.

I really enjoyed visiting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. It’s a cozy café with a wide selection of coffee drinks and delicious pastries. There’s also a small terrace to relax outside, and a convenient parking area in the back, which is a big plus. Everything was great overall — the only thing I noticed is that the staff seemed a bit tired towards the end of the day, but still polite and helpful. Definitely a nice spot for a coffee break!

No one in store and yet was never helped by staff this morning. They were stocking shelves walking back and forth in front of me. I finally left and went to Starbucks.

Wonderful service and friendly employees! Solid and delicious coffee and vegetarian/vegan food options. Would love some more refresher options but otherwise no complaints!

I ordered a dirty chai and didn't taste like chai at all. It was more sweet than anything. No spice, no cinnamon. Not close to any chai I've ever had. Thoroughly disappointed. I took a few sips and threw it out. sad their smallest size is 16oz. Way too much liquid. Also no soy milk only oat and almond.

Got here with 10 minutes to close Wednesday 9/18/24, and received excellent service from DIANA. Diana was a total sweetheart. Such warm and friendly service—even for the guy that came in 2 minutes before closing.

As always, dining room was spotless. Location was quiet and tranquil. Parking in rear. Indoor dining room is small but clean and cozy, and outdoor seating is available.

As always, my Americano was excellent. 5 stars.
