Got three things. They taste fresh. And it wasn’t too expensive. I have heard great things about them and finally got to get out here to get them and I’m so glad I did.

It's such a treat to have a vegan bakery so close to NOHO! They have so many options and offer multiple cultural pastries and sweets. I've been vegan for 11 years and Toluca bakery is the very first place I've been able to fulfill my danish needs and nostalgic cookie indulgences since I've made the switch to this lifestyle. I also love that their bakery items are not overly sweet. They do an incredible job at showcasing their skills without relying heavily on additional sweetness to satisfy the customers. Whenever I have company in town or friends ask me for cafe recommendations, I'm always sure to send them to Toluca Bakery. Keep up the good work you guys!

This place is amazing. One of the very few vegan bakeries in all of LA. Everything in here is so delicious. Cookies, pan dulce, their tamales are to die for, make sure to ask for spicy salsa roja if you like some heat. I have yet to try one of their cakes but their tarts are amazing

My wife has Celiac disease and an hour after she ate part of a pastry she got violently sick.

Vegan, delicious, friendly people. Prices are great considering it’s LA and vegan.

They have a wide selection--including a robust and clearly labeled 'gluten-free' section. some personal favorites include their tamales, conchas, and pineapple upside-down cake. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-26

Delightful eclairs and chocolate roll! We brought a tray of tea cookies to work and people were astounded that they were vegan!! We found our new spot!

This place is great. A great selection of different cakes, cookies, pies, and other pastries. Everything is vegan and delicious. I can’t remember the last time I actually had an eclair. I got a mini pineapple upside down cake, and a couple of Claire’s and they never made it out of the parking lot.😄

Their pastries are ok. The best one was the three milk and felt it was overpriced for a small slice $7

This is the best bakery in the valley. Sweetest people running it. Authentic flavors. Everything is amazing.
