Toluca Bakery is a magical gem of desserty and baked goods goodness. It's 100% vegan with loads of gluten free options. They dont have places to sit, but the selection is bountiful from from cookies to pastries, concha, cupcakes, donuts and even hot things like their empanadas and tamales 🫔 Parking is limited, but the incredible options are not. I love everything from this bakery especially the owners, they're the sweetest couple. What brings me here are their conchas. 🤤 Always soft, flavorful and so good. I look forward to their festive seasonal conchas and other pan dulce that they make throughout the year. When my best friends come to town to visit, they always want conchas from Toluca Bakery with their morning cafecito.

I have been going to this bakery for 4 years now for sweet treats and they hit every single time, not to mention they're vegan and some even gluten free! Just got a tres leches cake for my birthday yesterday and it was DELICIOUS literally 10/10 couldn't recommend any more, will continue buying sweet treats from here
