First the service is fine and the drinks are solid. My concern is with their double leaves promotions. I didn't receive my double leaves during the Buy A Green Drink At Patrick's Day promotion. Previously I've been told it's a glitch and or it takes 24/48 hours for the app to update. I didn't receive any previous double leaves during the last promotion not including a store anniversary. In each case I have to spend time writing a complaint so I can receive the leaves.
Fix the glitch!

It's Seven Leaves, the taste and price are there. I wish we had more in Northern California. It tastes the same no matter where we go.

Loooooove! They will also allow you to sample teas if you're not sure about the tea flavor. Love the Soy Matcha. The House tea creamy is reeeeeally good! The Crouffle is a nice treat.
