We stopped by here for a few beers and I'm glad we did. While we only tried a few, we will definitely be back to try more. This place is really solid.

My favorite brewery in South Bay. The best place for creative sours, mango Mexican lagers, and even nitro stouts. Great hosts and curated food trucks. Mind your manners or prepare for a learning curve.

2nd visit, lots to like again. Fan of the michelada here and tried a couple tastings of winter flavors on menu. Staff a little busier so less time to chat but we felt attended to when needed. Crowd was diverse and chill.

Drank your expensive beer. It tastes like bong water. Don’t release a beer if it’s this bad. I have no idea what your other beers taste like but this was terrible. Territorial is the beer. I assume your other beers are much better. Do better. I’m going to avoid your brewery for now.

Great beer, service, and vibe! Checked out Absolution on Sunday and it was great. Head Brewer and beer tender were friendly and very informative. Enjoyed chatting with them about their current beer and future brews that are coming. Lots of TV's going with the Sunday NFL games on. Dog friendly and food truck on site. Micheladas are amazing! Loved the beer and peeps. We will be back.

Loved the Mexican Style lighter beer. Great music! Food was good too. Plenty of parking as I went on the weekend and it's in an industrial park. I'll be back!!
