I ordered the Green Apple Lychee Green Tea with Honey boba! I ordered it with normal sweetness, but it wasn't as sweet as I wanted it so the employees created a new one for me and it was perfect. Thank you.

Delicious coffee and the appearance of it tops it off. Employees are incredibly nice! Got the Birthday Cake latte.

I love Whole Foods Market. This location is my favorite grocery store. They have reliable supply of organic produce than Vons or Ralphs. I was able to get all my ingredients for my recipes. Thank you WF. Thumbs Up .

I've gone to this location since as long as I can remember. I have never had a bad in counter till yesterday. I didn't even make it into the store I waited in line for two hours. As I reached the front of the line person behind me was let in to the store before me. The security guard let her in. As I continued to wait the security guard and employee working the front distributing carts where talking really loud. The security guard to the Whole Foods employee said "Stupid Chines b**** this virus is your fault go back to China". Im half Asian and this behavior is sad and discriminatory. I just left and drove to the the whole Foods in Long Beach had no problem at that location what so ever I'm extremely disappointed that in times like this people have the audacity to be stupid and disrespectful instead of helpful.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AT THIS WHOLEFOODS! I understand customers can be difficult especially during this time but be professional. A staff member should never attack customers, especially customers with kids. I witnessed a staff member at this Wholefoods display disgusting behavior which was totally uncalled for. The customer was being shouted at by a member of staff, he was not even responding at first and told her your speaking to me like this in front of my kid? This review was taken down initially for whatever reason, let's hope this cleaner version of the truth holds on yelp. Thanks for complaining Wholefoods it's nice to know your unacceptable behavior runs through corporate too!

What I wrote to corporate. I think its fair for people to know the predatory practice they are using to take advantage of this unfortunate situation. I will update if they respond. Let me preface that my complaint is on $4 strawberries. So this is much more about principle and lack of adherence to your own policies and commitment to quality. On 3/31/2020, I visited the store to purchase my usual week's worth of groceries. One of the items was organic strawberries for 3.99 (sale from 5.99). I looked at the strawberries before purchasing and they appeared fine. When I got home, I was going to prepare the strawberries for my kids and found fuzz in the inside strawberries. I set the strawberries aside, and on 4/2/20, I made a special trip to the store to return the strawberries. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to enter the store, I spoke to the manager, Katherine Sanchez, who rejected my return because she said they did not accept any returns. The temporary policy is clearly visible throughout the store, but the policy states that there are no returns unless there are issues with the quality of what was purchased. I pointed that out the store policy, that returns are not accepted unless there was an issue with quality, to Katherine who still rejected my return. I even asked if I can not return it, replace it with other strawberries, and she rejected that offer. Further, I feel that she was having a power trip for being able to say no, without rationally thinking what should be right. I understand the return risk, but this was a quality issue that under the temporary policies, should have still been accepted. I feel that either Katherine was uneducated to your policy, which places doubt on her competency as a manager, or she was lazy. Probably both. I totally understand the policy and I applaud it. Buy only what you need so everyone has what they need. I still have my receipt; as you can tell, its a normal cart, and I'm not hoarding strawberries. But is this action by Katherine, who is your store manager, who did not follow your store policy, who did not provide customer service, the commitment to quality you say you strive for? This is not an open comment, this is a request to please call me back and let me understand what Katherine did was according to your policy and whether her rejection to exchange for a like product due to a quality issue is fair.

Honestly, these workers do not get enough credit. They are exposing themselves to Covid-19, yet all of you ungrateful folks complaining that the store ran out of toilet paper are being completely unreasonable. Instead of complaining that the lines are long, maybe you can be more patient and appreciate the cashiers ringing up your quarantine snacks doing their absolute best in these trying times.

I guess the last reviewer probably feels like an idiot after now seeing what's going on and maybe understanding why the lines were so long and the fact that the store probably had no way of knowing they would need so many employees on hand to handle the massive number of shoppers that would be coming through the store on that day and the following days.

I love this place but during a crisis like COVID19 there needs to be some sensitivity training for cashiers dealing with elderly people. The unprofessionalism of the cashier continuing to shame my mother to other customers as we walked away was super disheartening. She has zero patience and zero tolerance! I feel sad that Whole Foods has employees who regularly deal with the public but cannot calmly deal with others during a crisis - if this is you - stay home

9:18 PM and the lines are seven deep with only two registers open. Spoke to manager and was given the look. No rush to open another register. Not what you'd expect from Whole Foods.

Can't go wrong with Whole Foods. We come here for lunch all the time. Pick from the plentiful and healthy self serve buffet or go to the counter and have them gather your food for you. They have special meal prices too from $9-$12. The only problem we have is that the seating is sooo limited. There are always individuals sitting at tables with laptops and not eating. There should be a restriction and a time limit that customers can sit.

Chase the Cashier just saved a customer with his courteous, informative, professional service. He asked if I had the Amazon app, I could use it for discounts on sale items. This was news to me because I have been a Prime member since it's inception. When Amazon first bought Whole Foods, I was given such a hard confusing time about how it worked. He explained how easy it is and regained a customer. Thank you Chase.

Sad to report that Whole Foods has seen better days. Whenever I have come to this location to return rotten produce or expired goods..because it can happen when purchasing organic food, I am treated like I'm bothering them. Also I've also been told to return the merchandise to the original store of purchase which can be a hassle. This has happened 5 times already so I know it is the new normal. Amazon, please go back to Whole Foods former excellent customer service.
