the beef seemed more like pot roast than prime rib. The food containers were kept full and there was never a long line. The musician was good. There wasn't the dessert variety as in past years.
Great spread of different delicacies chicken marsala, prime rib, salmon with cream saffron sauce, cream pasta with shrimp and asparagus, shrimp salad, shrimp prawns with coctail sauce, Ham, Turkey, stuffing, rice, mashed potatoes, yams with brown sugar, omelette, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, eggs benedict, salad, fresh fruits all kinds.... desserts; pies, cakes, cookies, small pastries, bread pudding coffee, champagne, and a great saxophonist not loud or overwhelming noise,...
