This is the Del Amo Village, Torrance outlet of the Taiwanese chain restaurant Ba Fang Dumplings. It’s diagonally across from the Starbucks shop near by. It’s a limited menu dumpling and noodle shop that is run like a fast food restaurant. Dumplings are quite good and the Ba Fang Special Noodles which is similar to Dan Dan noodles was just average.
