This guy is rude, I walked in there with my wife because she loves baskin, the man working there simply ignored us for about 5 minutes, he just continued doing probably online orders or something, not even a hello, sorry you have to wait or anything ??♂️ not coming back, not even for free ice cream.?

This is your standard American style ice cream, but lighter than Ben and Jerry's yet just as complex with lots of mix-ins and sweet caramels. My favorite is anything with oreo in it, such as the coffee oreo ice cream. the crunch in the oreo is extra crispy/crunchy, almost a sandy texture but a texture that's fun to eat. It's kind of also similar to Van Leeuwen ice cream with American style mix-ins. Baskin Robbins is very different than Italian gelato ice creams (which has a very strong and real fruit flavor or real ingredient flavor) and different from Mexican ice creams like La Michoacana (thicker milk, half and half flavor). Baskin robbins is more artificial flavor, which is still tasty in its own right, much like Fruity Pebbles.

The owner is rude and only addressed my husband. He did not allow more than one flavor to try, which is wild if you wanted to get two different flavors of ice cream. Just go to Brusters next door for a better experience.
Dietary restrictions: All of the cases contained some nut flavor ice cream, so it is impossible to get a "nut-free" flavor.

The owner is extremely rude and the customer service is incredibly terrible. I was trying to redeem a legitimate coupon for a pint but the owner kept telling me that it would not scan before he even tried scanning. Once he scanned the coupon, he told me in a ill-mannered way that it works. I asked him to just give me the coupon back but he said he already scanned the coupon and he couldn't reverse it. I left without redeeming the coupon and receiving any ice cream.
Don't get me started with the samples. Even before asking for samples, he made it very clear that we only get one sample. Not to mention the ice cream at this location is always sort of melted than any other locations. Stay way from this location unless you like melted ice cream, stale cones, extremely rude customer service, and want someone to ruin your day. Good luck.

Heaven forbid you ask to try more than one flavor. Owner was very rude " he doesn't have to give out samples". Didn't end up getting anything as I'd rather give my money to a better business.

I've been here three times, while waiting for my phone to be repaired at the nearby uBreakiFix store (love them!) It's less than once a year, and each time I ordered a hot fudge sundae, please fill the cup with fudge, I know it costs more. Each time the ice cream was not very cold, and the "fudge" was runny/watery/not fudgy at all, such that within a minute I just had a runny soup of white and brown fluid. I had to go to a different store to verify the sundae I remember...yummy! The storefront is south facing and very hot. The store was very hot. There was no shade outside so I had to endure the heat of the indoor seating to drink my sundae. Really I should have tossed it instead.

Son ordered a cookie monster ice-cream cone and I had a rocky road. Cones were stale and son said his ice-cream tasted like Mac and Cheese. He couldn't finish it. My Rocky Road was horrible. Had a funny non chocolate taste and i must've bit into a half dozen nut shells almost cracking a tooth. This BR keeps stale old out of date icecream. Stay away. Im going to report them to the LA health dept.

Came here to redeem a coupon I had with T-Mobile. The guy at the counter wouldn't honor it because he said the machine wouldn't read it. He also wasn't very polite about it. So I left without buying anything and I won't come back to this one

Son ordered a cookie monster ice-cream cone and I had a rocky road. Cones were stale and son said his ice-cream tasted like Mac and Cheese. He couldn't finish it. My Rocky Road was horrible.
