I was never acknowledged when I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and totally ignored by the employee working there.

I wish I could give 0 stars actually. I had the worst customer service experience ever when I visited this location last week. The employees were rude, not helpful, and ignored me. I actually had to leave WITHOUT the ice cream order I PAID for because the employees refused to make the order ‘before’ the order time. I had the receipt from Baskin Robbin’s with confirmation number and order details to show them and they refused to even look. They were unaccommodating and told me I needed to stand there in the EMPTY lobby and wait 17 minutes before the can “officially” make my order. Both of the employees were rude, had an attitude, and ran away to the back of the store when I continued to ask questions. I even asked if they could just cancel the order and he laughed and refused. (My credit card company will be handling the fraud) I really just wanted to let everyone know how horrible this experience was and how untrained these employees are. This was extremely unprofessional and downright disgusting customer service — definitely going to make me think twice about ever visiting this BR again. No wonder the yelp reviews and google reviews are so bad. Even the cake display as half full, didn’t look fresh, and there was a strong odor of bleach and chemical cleaning smells. This location is a nooooo for me.

Alex, the cake artist is talented. His designs (in the display case) are better than what’s available on BR website. We ordered a custom design for a birthday cake. And just gave some general ideas of our style preferences. He surprised us with a creative design that was classy and perfect for an adult birthday party. Thanks Alex!

I mean, it is typical BR ice cream shop, nothing too special, common ice cream. But love the owner of this store, hard working and very friendly when it comes to talking about the flavor and anything related to the store. The people who give less than 5 stars, I am positive they consider themselves as a king in the store, and when I was talking to the owner of this place, he was energetic, pleasant and smiled only because I was acting nicely as well. So yeah, if you want to have any BR ice cream with great service, why not this store lol

Baskin Robbins has always been known for its delicious ice cream flavors, but unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that there was no greeting from the staff. This lack of acknowledgment set the tone for what was to come.As I waited to place my order, I observed that there were two girls working, which seemed manageable for the customer flow at that time. However, I was left waiting for nearly five minutes before one of the staff members finally acknowledged my presence. When I attempted to order, I was informed that I would have to wait because they were processing an online order. This delay was frustrating, especially considering there were two employees handling the in-store customers.Overall, my experience at Baskin Robbins was marred by bad customer service, a lack of greeting upon arrival, and a significant wait time despite minimal staff and customer traffic. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their service quality and efficiency to avoid similar experiences for future customers.

Order a banana split from Baskin- RobbinsVery disappointed, order was wrong so I called over and over again, a recorded kept coming on. Called the owner and talk to Her and she said nothing she can do. It not about the money, it the principle of standing behind your employees for their mistakes, or hers, going to find out who owns Baskin-Robbins Company.
