Very bad attitude of the owner & very bad customer service bad management from the employee.I'll let the franchise know their behavior towards regular customers is very poor & they are not aware of specials & doesn't honor any offers & coupons.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! My friend's manager tried illegally charging her for a false $100 bill. EVEN THOUGH she NEVER TRAINED my friend how to check for fake bills. My friend had to quit her job and now has no money and has to find a new job. Shame on the

I come here a lot. Tonight was the 1st time I got scoops so small they didn't even touch the sides of the cup. Now is not the time to lose customers over trying to make a profit

As a regular customer at this store I love all their stuff. I regularly get the cappuccino blast (my favorite) but time to time I love to get their delicious milkshakes too (I believe the small is 6.99 pretty good for what you get ). I saw a review complaining about this store and it shocked me because I’ve never once had a bad experience here. The employee this review was complaining about I’ve seen many times and she’s always cheerful greeting people with a smile and she’s very sweet. She’s very helpful too if I have any questions or need ice cream flavor recommendations. This store is my favorite BR store it’s got the best ice cream and very good workers. Definitely would recommend coming here!

I went not 15 minutes ago- employee present was only semi-accomodating, but was minorly rude. I asked if I could use my free welcome scoop for a little bit off my milkshake, which I have seen done for my friends and other customers before at many other locations, and she said she would "ask her manager", but to my knowledge, there was no one else there, I peeked quickly from where I was standing in front of the cash register- maybe my view WAS limited, but even then, employee barely said more than two words.Let's say that was fine- I asked for a small milkshake, and she gave me one of those mini cups- and charged me $6.99 for it, even though the price was $5.49. I just didn't feel like arguing with the employee, because I work in customer service as well, so I know reviews are the things that really get you. Employee had an arrow tattooed on her left arm.

Very friendly cashiers. We can during a surge time and they got to us fast. Thank you for your services. Clean place, spacious, & well dressed cashiers. Very tasty ice cream !

Came to the this location just to get two scoops of ice cream. I decided to get one scoop of the butter pecan and one scoop of the cotton candy. Got home tasted the ice cream and the cotton candy flavor tasted funny. I decided to take it back to replace it with another flavor. Literally 10 minutes later. Showed the two ladies at the location my cup, were you could clearly see I dipped my spoon and only tasted a corner. They proceeded to tell me that they cannot replace the scoops with another flavor because they could not verify that "what I told them actually happened" even after they seen with their eyes the cup only had a corner scooped from it. Truly better off going to Cold Stones or Yogurt Land. Baskin Robins will NOT be getting any more of my money, and I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Went to get Pokémon cake but they didn’t have one. Store manager was nice to help us build one with sheet she had, but she didn’t do clean work. Cake looked like someone put a piece of paper on cake.

Wow !! I'm amazed by the great service I was given by Tiffany!!! She was beyond amazing, super friendly and nice ! Never did she rush us and was patient with the samples we asked for! Please give this nice young lady a raise ! She deserves it !!

Every time that I go to Baskin-Robbins, it's a great experience. How can you not enjoy getting ice cream?

FOLLOW UP: First, look at all the other negative reviews about Amy's shop and her responses - constantly denying responsibility and stating that the complaint is impossible to have occurred. I have since gone to another B&R in Manhattan Beach - super friendly service and the ice cream was as it should be - delicious. I told that franchisee what happened with Amy and he was appalled at her behavior. I also followed up with B&R Corporate and they transferred the call to High Priority customer service. They will contact the local Field Team to make them aware of this horrible owner/manager. Unfortunately, there is no corporate policy for refunds or replacements - it is up the the individual franchisee. So Amy apparently wins the battle, but most certainly will not win the war as she lost a frequent customer. I hope that others will read this lengthy review and Amy's responses and likewise discontinue visiting her shop. With any luck, she'll have to sell and I would love to visit the shop with the new owner. Good riddance Amy.
